My partner and I go to K’nyaw Paw every couple weeks, at least once a month. Living out in the area, good sushi places are hard to come by, so we were ecstatic to hear about this place opening up! For the price and the atmosphere, the sushi hits the spot. We never pass up their butterfly pea tea and coconut matcha either. For some reason, a lot of locals went into this shop expecting some sort of grand sushi experience and got disappointed by it. But, K’nyaw Paw delivers on exactly what it is meant to be: good sushi and nice people making it. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area and looking to fill that sushi craving.

We have a few small spots that we frequent for ramen and pho options and would like to continue supporting those, so we haven’t gotten around to trying any of their other dishes. We...

It's okay, but you have to drive farther for better choices. I'd just go to A&J across the street for sushi. I had the Raman in cloudy pork stock, it was okay, though the Raman noodles tasted burnt. The egg was over cooked, and the pork was dry. I think it was being held too long waiting for my partner's salmon roll. The spam sushi was okay, the sugar and vinegar of the sushi rice balanced with the salt upfront spiced pork flavor of the spam. The sauce also helped with the balance of flavors.

The salmon roll was covered with what looked to be fresh roe and wasn't as salty as canned roe. But the sushi rice over powered the subtle salmon flavors.

Plan to park on the street, the small lot is a driveway for a few houses. Don't try to get an RV or long...

I tried the beef pho it is in fact combo beef ball stake. Brisket , tendon, and tripe the ingredients were high quality the chilly and every thing was awesome BUT the broth was lacking any flavor no fish sauce but not really any of the 5 main spices so really disappointing...

The hand rolls I got were well made and fresh tasting good white ginger. The spicy tuna was not spicy thought.

I'll keep trying as I want to support this type of food in Stevenson

2nd time This time the pho and ramen were crazy salty still leaking in flavor though The size of the hand tools were good and the flavor was good But really sad about the pho and ramen broth the egg in the ramen was over cook aswell I'll try again in a couple weeks but I'm...

I was just driving around on a beautiful sunny day and decided to try something new. Being around 80° sushi sounded great. I ordered the salmon & Tuna Burrito ( I didn't even know such a thing existed until today). It was Delicious, Fresh & Full of flavor. Generous portion and very fair for the price. It's one of the best experiences I've had at a sushi restaurant. They aren't skimpy at all. You get quite a bit of fish meat in your serving. 👏 🤩 I will definitely have to eat again at K'nyaw Paw when I'm in the area. Thank you for the delicious meal! 😋 💕
