Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stickney Township

Usually get coffee in the am. So I’m Not familiar when the 1$ coffee time is. I just went in and politely asked if it was still 1$ coffees & the lady working rudely answered me back with an attitude “umhmmm no...that was over like two hours ago!”.... so, I didn’t get anything. Usually the morning service is on point, even if it’s busy or a rude customer in line, they always just smile and make it work. I’m not expecting nothing fancy, but be potlite to your customers, even if they ask you a question that you’ve must have been asked a thousand...

I am completely shocked at Dunkin’s attitude these days. It is clear that they’re mission does not involve the safety of their employees. There have been so many accidents around the midway area and for all the stores close by to be closed BUT not dunkin says a lot. There’s nothing essential about Dunkin’. Please be better!!!!! my friends work there and I care for their safety. Our energy should be focused elsewhere, stand with our people. Will not be coming here again and encouraging others...

Ban several kisses that I come to this place and it is always the same people who tend this place plus a pregnant woman and one with dyed hair always talking about her life and not tending to people and what I have seen that the orders for yebar Ay jete who returns because of a wrong or wrong order should talk to their staff and let them know that those of us who come to this place are for a quick coffee and not to listen to their stories of their lives for that they have their time...
