CUSTOMER SERVICE SECOND TO NONE. STAFF IS RUDE.

If you are planning on coming to this store to put in an order for an ice cream cake for a birthday/anniversary or any other event.. STOP. Do NOT come in. Don't waste your time. They won't help you. I came in on 03/02/2022 at 3pm. I came in and went straight to their cake catalog which is located on the right side as you come inside the building. After looking through their selection and making a decision I approched the cashier and asked if I could put an order in for a ice cream cake for a future date. She then told me to "hold on" so she can go get the "cake book" and went into the back. after coming back in few minutes she said she wasn't able to find it, therefore she couldn't take my order. I asked if she could call the store manager because they had the same problem last December, where the girl couldn't find the "cake book" as well but after calling the manager, the book was found and I was able to put in my order. She then snarled and told me no that she will not call the manager because "she is going to tell you the same thing as me" even though I explained to her that last time the last manager knew the location of the "cake book" and we had no further problems. I asked her if she knew how else I can put my order in. And she told me to go to Baskin Robbins website and order it online. So I went to go sit down in a chair and went online to do such that. After finding their store location, selecting my cake, customizing it, the last step is to check out. Well after you click "Check out" their website breaks. It takes you to the screen that says something along the lines "oops we have frozen, please try again" and it keeps crashing every single time. It crashes right after clicking check out. I walked up to the same girl and said they their website keeps crashing, showed her the screen and it's not letting me order a cake. She told me to connect to the public wifi. It wasn't the internet issue but website issue. I once again asked if she minded if we called the manager and ask if there was something we could do and she said no. I think at this point, it's very unprofessional. She woulndt listen to anything else I had to say and told me tough luck. The girl that was behind the counter had very short brown hair and was wearing glasses. No name tag was worn. When I asked what I can do next, she told me to drive around town and find a place that can order with me. "drive around" like in going to be wasting my gas because this girl is too lazy to call her manager and ask for help. Especially since her other coworkers that took my order in the past had NO ISSUES. I do believe she was plain LAZY. and had 0 customer service skills. I will NOT be wasting my time at this location, nor will they get any more of my money. Please train your staff...

Horrible service I went in yesterday about 825 that they were still open. They were supposed to close at nine and then leave the 24 hour drive-through open so I try to open up the doors. There is two people and they’re just standing there watching me, smiling and laughing, neither one of them bother to say oh we’re closed so I had to put my grandchild back in the car for ice cream. They said they didn’t have it so I asked for the creature creation or something like that. They act like they didn’t know what I was talking about Caramel coffee, hot coffee and I said I did not want it with hardly any sugar in it and a mocha latte. I receive both of them. The caramel coffee was so sweet. I could barely taste of the other latte was warm. I could’ve made better coffee at home. I asked if the owner still owned it because I knew who he was and the guy said I don’t know who the owner is. He was just being rude. It was horrible service. I tried calling several times so I can take this coffee back to them and no answer , it’s ridiculous. 13 almost $14 down the drain this place used to be great why it has horrible service now but the two that were working there yesterday was horrible service my cups smell like perfume both of them so Dunkin’ Donuts you get this review please refund me my money or get me out her new coffee order. I came through the drive through, and I was told that I can't get a senior discount for my mother that is disabled and can't come here herself when I come here everyday and I get ice coffees all day, I didn't want no deal on the Cape.I don't understand why she's making it so difficult to just ring it up.Separate , so then my mother could get her discount The girl Angela that is here tries to make her own rules and tries to speak for everyone in the store.I would love to speak to another manager to get further clarification, because I come through the drive. Through everyday and I bring up the same order all the time. And no one could tell me that if they put a promo on the receipt, I can't make 2 separate orders at the drive through that is ridiculous. I've worked a Dunkin for 10 years. And I've never seen an attitude on someone like this lady. Honestly, she needs to. Reality, check and in a demotion for her attitude in trying to problem solve.I just told her reference.Please do this for me.She hit me with an attitude right away.She will be hearing from me again.Because I would love to contact the person that owns this store.Thank...

So I guess it's my fault for not looking before I left but I asked for light ice and basically got a cup full of ice. I normally wouldn't care but teeth sensitivity makes it painful for me to drink very hot or very cold drinks. I likely will not be able to drink this till lunch time at work (and I will) because the amount of ice but it's over $3 and this was way more than even regular ice. I know it may sound petty but I bought a drink for work that I won't be able to drink for at least a couple hours. About 75% of the time I order here it's right the other 25% I get this (picture included). I had one happy accident here where they gave me another person's drink which was a coconut iced coffee and it was pretty good lol I didn't complain. Look guys I know it gets busy and that it is stressful you guys are doing good it always tastes good but please I'm a loyal daily customer and I don't like having to go to other locations on my way to work because it's too cold to drink with my teeth and yes the amount of ice used matters with how cold the drink is.

So I guess it's my fault for not looking before I left but I asked for light ice and basically got a cup full of ice. I normally wouldn't care but teeth sensitivity makes it painful for me to drink very hot or very cold drinks.
