When you actually get your food correct it’s fine. I ordered on the app, parked for curbside check in, went to submit my spot number and the app stated that my order had been cancelled. I checked my email and did not have an email that the order had been placed so I figured it was a sign from my dieting gods that I didn’t need it. I still was in the spot for at least 5 minutes debating placing another order and checking my email. I got home and discovered the email was in my spam folder and I was charged. I submitted a request to corporate for a refund of my $4.51 purchase….that was over a week ago and I am still waiting. They just keep telling me with every contact that the franchisee is responsible for the refund, well the request was submitted to them (according to their corporate) over 5 days ago, still nothing….
I decided to give them another chance after having to do a chargeback through my bank to get my money back for the items I never received and I don’t know why I did….waited 15 minutes in the curbside pickup for them to bring my food out, the ice in my iced coffee was melted and I ordered a SAUSAGE McMuffin and I received an egg….this place...
Read moreWorst McDonald's ever. I bought 4 kids meal stop by drive thru. When I got home with my kids 2 of the meals weren't complete. In one was missing fries in other 4 pieces chicken nuggets. So instead of 4 kids meal I got only 3 (paid for 4 kids meal.) I called immediately to the restaurant to let them know, and solve the situation. To get refund or get one more happy meal. We got to point, that I will show up next day for free happy meal. I got there next day with my daughter for NOTHING. When I called there I talked with supervisor and I left my name so next day I will receive kids meal on my name. But I got NOTHING I WILL GET THERE ON SUNDAY (01.20.2019) to talk with manager. Read moreThat breakfast burrito was very dry and had a total lack of flavor. I was very offended about the fact that this location doesn't serve grits as a breakfast item. I asked the young lady why that was and she told me because the item doesn't sell well, but even if that's the case that only means that you buy a lot less of that product so you won't lose out as far as profits, but that doesn't mean you should totally take the item off the breakfast menu. Burbank is a very Prejudice area as it is and this only backshows up that feeling. If you can sell oatmeal as a breakfast item then you can also serve grits. I will definitely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as called the corporate offices of McDonald's directly...
