Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Stickney Township

I had a horrendous experience with this location and I strongly advise against ordering from here. My online order, which was over $50 and had the number #0049, was messed up. When I called the store to complain, the manager offered me a $25 credit, without mentioning any expiration date. However, when I tried to redeem the credit, the general manager, Trevor, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He accused me of calling the day before with the same complaint, which was completely untrue. When I provided him with my phone number, he said there was no profile or order history on file for it. I had to force him to verify my number again and he then admitted to typing in the wrong number. He still claimed there was no credit and told me to take care in a dismissive tone. I had to make him reenter my phone number for a third time before he could find my information. Even then, he lied and said he had no order history for me at the location, despite me having the receipt in my hand and providing other details about my previous order. The absolute worst customer service I ever received. The delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional. He delivered my pizza a hour late because he couldn't find my house. I spoke to him multiple times trying to give him simple directions when he proceeded to scream at me and cuss at me. I then called the store and spoke to the manager who hung up on me and told me he would not give me a refund even though i had not received my order. I was simply trying to explain to him that the delivery driver was making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe and that at that point i didn't want my order anymore because of the hostility and the severe manner he was screaming and cussing at me over giving him directions. The manager said let me see what I can do and hung the phone up on me. After finally getting my order over an hour later the delivery man threw the boxes at me and ran back to his car. Placed an order online. Waited an hour checked to see what the deal was on the website and it had said it would be ready and on its way 15 to 20 min after I placed order...so I waited another hour then decided to call the store to see if maybe there was a glitch or something wrong because nothing changed on the screen just "your order is confirmed" when I called the manager Trevor answered I explained that I had placed an order over the website and its been 2 hours and i had said I was just wo during if maybe there's a mistake or something the response i got was "ya, we got your order" I said ok when will ot be delivered where he said "we got your order" followed by silence then hangs up I call back honestly assuming we lost connection...answers then hangs up.
