White Castle — Restaurant in Lyons Township

This location is usually very good and workers are nice but on my last visit on May 6th around 1130pm i did an online order and got 6 double Jalapeno sliders. Almost every time i get the jalapeno double sliders they are fresh, cheesy, gooey, and deliciously greasy but when i got home they looked very dry and the cheese was not even melted. I took a bite and right away got this disgusting dry bite and the meat tasted oily and hard and the bottom bun was hard and oily. When i got there to pick up my order there were 7 cars ahead of me so I am almost sure they must've threw my meat into the deep fryer to cook faster bc they were swamped at the drive-thru and that's what dried them out and gave them a nasty oily taste, they weren't cooked on the griddle so the cheese didn't get a chance to get gooey and cheesy. They fried my meat put it on the bun making the grease seep into the bottom bun which hardened it and just slapped on the cheese which didn't have a chance to melt onto the meat and get goeey. The sliders were absolutely disgusting and dried out, i ate one and threw the rest in the garbage, i had a weird aftertaste and burping up weird oily substance after eating it. If they really did deep fry the meat it is unacceptable and disgusting. I should have my order replaced or refunded my money smh what a waste of money $15 down the drain. Went in drive thru at 12:52am, ordered 10 sack of cheese sliders and large strawberry milkshake. Placed my order and the man told us to pull up. We get to the window, he opens it and sticks his hand out for my money without saying one word or how much my total was. OK fine, he opens the window to give me my change and I tell him to just go ahead and keep it for himself. Again, he doesn't say 1 word to me, just closes the window. No receipt was ever given to me. Hands me my food, I say thank you and ask for ketchup and he hands me 4 and slams the window. Pulled up to the speaker after placing an online order 5 mins prior, wasn't expecting it ready but wasn't expecting the response I got. "We just got the order, it's going to be a while." After about 7 mins, I'm at the window hoping the order is close to ready. The girl at the window hands me one drink, I had ordered three, and a bag with two items missing. I tell her and I have to wait again.

As I sit there, a guy walks up to the window to complain about not getting his sauce he requested twice and never received.

Got home after the whole mess to missing cheese on the sandwichs and a soggy sandwich due to how long it sat waiting for my corrected order.
