This specific location is the one me and my friends would go to all the time! I liked their service and I never had a problem, until today.
I and my cousins all got separate orders since we wanted to pay separate. One of my cousins ordered 7 drinks for herself and her siblings, I order 3 drinks for myself and my siblings, and my other cousin order two drinks. Let me tell you, today was a busy day. So after 10mins, We were telling each other to understand that there's a long line at the drive-thru, there are so many people inside the store, maybe our order is coming up really soon. No. We waited more than an Hour, we asked an employee," how long until our drinks are ready? We've been waiting for over an hour." They asked for our names and one of the workers has said, "we already made these drinks, unfortunately we can't make them again or give you a refund" me and my cousins looked confused because while we were waiting for our drinks during that hour, we were sitting literally in front of the employees who were calling out names of customers to pick up their orders. We were waiting patiently and listening carefully. So we would have heard our names, but we never heard them. So after they told us that they have made the drinks already we were questioning, why weren't our names being called? Why are other people that ordered after us getting their drinks so quickly?. Like, what's the point of asking for our names in the beginning of the order, when it's never going to be called??? We asked for a refund and they said no . They started making all the drinks for my cousin that had 7 orders, and they told us to wait a few mins longer because they ran out of ice. They gave us the option to wait longer or get a refund. (Now they're giving us a refund? After they said no two times?!) me and my other cousin never got our drinks and ended up getting a refund, because we are not going to wait any longer for them to get more ice and get a couple more drinks, we had other places to be. I've never dealt with a situation like this before! Before I would get my orders fast, easy and I would enjoy my drink and carry on with my day. I tried to understand how busy they were today but, I wasted over an hour waiting. The employee had no right to get mad and say they made the drinks already and served them! We were right in front of them calling customers names, hearing them crystal clear!
I will never go to this location of Starbucks again. Others yes, but not this specific location. Please make sure your customers are getting their orders. We gave you our names when we first order so that we are alert to when our drink is ready. Don't have us wait...
   Read moreI came in on 7/5/2025 and ordered a Frappuccino. One barista started preparing the base and another barista started finishing the order. I noticed that the frapppuccino mix was thin similar to a regular coffee drink. Since the baristas back was towards me, I was unable to see her name so I said âexcuse me missâ twice then I said âMiss that is making the caramel ribbon crunch â the barista had the nerve to turn around and say âWHAT â. I said I was only trying to get your attention because the frapp needs more ice. She turned around and rolled her eyes and poured the drink out. I then asked another employee if the mango on duty was available because I wanted to discuss the service that is being provided. Unfortunately, the manager was on break. I told the barista that is unprofessional to turn around and say âwhat â as if I am bothering you. You were making a drink that I paid for and I only had a question. I told her that I am not a child and that is not how you conduct yourself.
As a former Starbucks employee, I know how to make the drink. The reason my frap look the way it did is because the milk and frapp roast was wayyy over the line so when you had the ice to it and blend it will just look like a regular iced coffee...

I went first to the restroom to wash the cup then I picked up napkins to dry, as the camera footage shows. At the register, Felicia didnât greet me.
