My friend and I pull up to Mickey D’s excited for some fry action. We pull up to the order window, only to be greeted with one word: “Order.” Okkk…. So we order, One large fry, one small fry, one small sprite and one medium diet coke. After ordering the diet coke, the woman in the window says “Anything else?” 0.2 seconds later, before we could even comprehend responding, she goes “OKAY PULL UP NEXT WINDOW.” My friend, who wants sauce, goes “Okay but can I get some barbeque sauce-“ she cuts her off and states “OKAY PULL UP NEXT WINDOW” We wanted more sauce, but were swiftly denied. So we pull up next window. My friend asks the man at this window for some Buffalo sauce and ketchup. The man seems nice and says “One buffalo, one ketchup. Got it.” But he hands us our receipt and shuts the window. No buffalo. No ketchup. Ok. We decide to try again at the last window. We pull up, and immediately the man at this window hands us some fries and THREE drinks. He says “Small fry, Large sprite, small sprite, medium diet?” We corrected him; this is not what we ordered. He says it is what we ordered and we check our receipt. It is, in fact, what the lady put down for our order. We are beginning to become sad. We do end up recieving our large fry, but when my friend opens her mouth to ask for sauce, the window is shut on our faces. We leave the drive thru confused and sauceless. We park and decide to ask for sauce inside. Nobody’s there. After about 5 minutes, the same guy who took our order comes out. I say: “Could I get a buffalo sauce please?” He says “Just one? Of course.” YAY! I’m finally going to get my sauce. He hands me a sauce packet and I flee back to my car. To my dismay and utter disappointment, the sauce in my hand is Tangy BBQ. NOT buffalo. Read moreI am a regular at this McDonald's at night time. A few times I have come to the drive thru and each time I order large fries and the same guy is at the window to give me my food and each time he fills the box 1/4 the way. This keeps happening and the first time I noticed when I got home but after that I would let him know. He accused me both times of lying and won't even look in the bag and slams the window on me and refused to come to the window. I went back around and he wouldn't come to the window. I honked my horn to get his attention and I could see him standing to the side avoiding me. I even told him before he gave me my food as he handed my drink to me that he keeps giving me fries that are barely filled and ro make sure they're filled. He said ok. He handed me my food. I looked in the bag and ofcorse once again the fries were barely filled AGAIN! He was extremely rude and accused me of lying. This happened to my daughter with him a couple other times and he did the same to her and refused to fill it and said she ate them. Which would be impossible because she checked it right away. How can u eat all those fries in 10 seconds!!!??. This is unacceptable. This McDonald's has had so many rude staff at night time. He hasn't been the only one. This rude behavior is not right! Read moreNot one to write reviews in general, but the experience I had just recently was very disappointing. My mother and I went inside to eat. We ordered two meals, one with a drink and another a slushee. Then, another employee walks over to us and tells us their fryer isn’t working, so we can’t get fries. O-k, we re adjust our orders to just the sandwiches and the drinks, which ends up costing more. They didn’t offer to substitute or give us a discount because now we had to pay more for less food. We go to pay and now suddenly their slushee machine is down too, so we change it out to a drink instead. Then, as we’re finalizing our order, the lady at the counter kept getting our sandwich order wrong after 3 times. We told them we were eating inside, and payed for our food. Then, to top everything off, they give us our food in a to-go bag instead of a tray for inside, like we had mentioned 3 times as well. I don’t blame the workers for their machines not functioning, but as a customer who works in customer service it’s extremely frustrating when you tell us that certain machinery isn’t working after we order. The overall experience was very disappointing, and the workers didn’t seem very sympathetic or offer any substitutes either. Honestly I felt like my mother and I could’ve been accommodated better...
