Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Stillwater

I went here today for the first time with my boyfriend. I've lived here in Stillwater for about a year and a half and have never had the chance to visit here until today....and I must say, i was blown away! Everything was so beautiful and looked absolutely delicious. After several minutes of browsing (during which the staff was very helpful and kept checking in on us to see if we had any inquiries) , we decided to try the chocolate caramel marshmallow pop and the apple pie caramels. We was the only customers there with several employees behind the counter. Nobody ask if we needed anything, greeted us, or paid me any mind when I gave cues while looking at certain products. As people start coming in I noticed they was greeted and asked if they needed help… very disappointed in this place. Not sure what there issue was even tho I have a clue…

The service here was very unwelcoming. If it was not for my kids being excited about the candy I would have left and not spent...

They have a lot of chocolate, so that's worth a star or two, but they were out of two of the things I went there for and couldn't tell me when they would have more. Their customer service was lacking, to say the least. I was definitely not an important customer to them.
