Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Stockbridge

This location puts the capital r in Ratchet and the capital D in Delayed. I pull up since I got an email that says my order is ready in the portal. I go to the portal, I see my name, but no pizza. So now I'm waiting in line and I get to a cashier and ask her where my pizza is. She is so aloof that I have to repeat myself twice. She says it's just getting ready. She already had a snarky attitude but I let that slide a little. I sat there for 5 minutes and then I asked her when is the pizza going to be ready. They told me 5 minutes. The pizza is ready and she puts it in the portal. I'm sitting here like, why would you put it in the portal if I'm sitting in your face.?? So anyways I put my code in the portal anyways, and guess what, the dingbat put it in the wrong portal. So now I'm frustrated and say just give it to me! Ashley gives it to me they do not give me my sauce so I say Where is my sauce? I tell them that it is paid for and then what appears to be a somewhat manager I think, she looks like Bernie Mac but shorter with dry dreadful locks that need a touch up. She had a nerve to get Snappy with me asking about my sauce and so I got Snappy back with her because I don't play that. Here I Am they are late, raggedy and unprofessional, there's like six dirt balls working in the background, one of them scrolling on their phones, none of them have on gloves or hair nets. This fake manager had a nerve to have a full out back and forth with me with a raised voice in front of another customer and so I matched her energy! Then a Pillsbury character came out trying to add their two cents in because it looks like they were all not there to work. There is no supervision in this place and I guess they feel like they can say or do whatever they want to because no one is looking. Guess what, news flash, I'm posting this review and we'll be writing corporate. They are lucky, if I don't show up with a camera crew or a health inspector... unprofessional, DUSTY and uncouth. And guess what, they still could not get the order right! Pizza looks like a tragedy! This place has gone down down down... fire...

Usually little Caesars is good for the money always good pizza at a fair price and today was no exception on the price and the quality well maybe the quality we ordered a large pepperoni pizza light sauce when we finally got it. There was no light sauce. it was normal or heavy, but it was the worst experience had a Little Caesars. I’ve had in years we got up there ordered they gave me a pager and said it be about 10 minutes. We waited in the car for 15 or 20 minutes and when the pager went off, I went in to get my food and they told me it was gonna take five more minutes. what is the use and having the pager if you’re just gonna make me wait after you paid me we won’t be going back to this location again , they didn’t offer any discount or anything for the service I told him that we weren’t happy with the service. They said it didn’t matter I guess to them, but they didn’t say anything. They just made me wait longer so I’m done with this location and I suggest not go there because there was a driver there and he told me that was also the manager didn’t seem to care. I don’t know if she was the owner if this was a franchise corporate store, but it wouldn’t run properly. That’s for sure you you don’t treat customers this way but I guess service doesn’t matter...

I'm almost positive the person who should be reading this isn't going to but at least I get to get it off my chest. So... about 30 minutes prior to getting to the little caesars I started calling because I wanted to be able to just get there and pick up since it's on my way home... well... I called about 6 times and got nothing... scratch that I got the voice-mail the first 3 or 4 time, which by the way is full, and then I got a busy line... I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt maybe the phone number is wrong or maybe they are busy so boom I pull up...... there was no one there... so I said that leaves one option so I called sure enough it rung no problem... want to know why they didn't answer? Because the lady in the front is too busy on her phone to answer the company phone and the people in the back who weren't busy just didn't want to... yall... I almost lost it but... I decided to write a lengthy review that no one will probably read because nothing will change because it's little caesars... where you get what you pay for......
