Drip-Thru Coffee® — Restaurant in Stockbridge

I have been going to Drip Thru every morning for the last 3 years and the coffee and service was great! My favorite Barista left to go to college ( what a bummer). My coffee hasn’t been that great since he left. I thought maybe they changed the coffee but I realized it tasted different on different days, so I stopped for a week and said that I would have a conversation with the manager to see if it was the barista’s or they changed brands. Well I stopped there and was glad that the owner was taking my order, so I preceded to ask her if something changed and told her my previous experiences. Well I guess she wasn’t in the mood for constructive criticism or any questions this morning. I told her about my unpleasant past and she didn’t give a damn! Rushed me while I was talking and said, “oh well you need to taste your coffee before leaving”. I told her I do taste it and I had to give it back the last few times. She said, “oh well what are you getting”? With that being said I told her no Thank You and to have a great morning. I DONT SPEND MY MONEY WHERE ITS NOT APPRECIATED. Soooooooo I won’t ever go there again. Customer Service is everything but if you’re looking for the OWNER to give a damn about how you feel just go some where else because clearly she doesn’t give a damn how your coffee taste or how you feel as a customer. She just wants the money…. If you trying to start your morning off great with a great cup of joe JUST GO...

I stopped by for the first time. The service is friendly. But the problem was $14 for 2 large lattes, to add insult to injury they messed up the order. We ordered 1 regular latte, 1 almond milk hazelnut latte with whip cream. What we got 1 hazelnut latte, 1 almond milk latte no whip. Also one of the lattes was only half filled.

My wife and I had such high hopes that we finally had a small drive thru coffee stand. Unfortunately we were underwhelmed. Sorry Drip Thru Coffee, I don't relish writing reviews like this but $7 coffee needs to be perfect and steaming hot.

My morning go-to coffee shop! :) This cute establishment has reasonable prices, they sell excellent coffee and espresso beverages but also have smoothies and teas as well!! I'm really happy they also sell quick, on the go snacks and also sell holey sweet donuts! I am always greeted with wonderful smiling baristas who have a light conversation with me and ask about my day. The baristas are friendly and provide speedy service because of its drive thru design. They have wonderful great quality drinks, they're fair trade, organic, they're into reduce, reuse, recycle...gosh, what more can I say?! I can keep going on and on!!!
