Checkers — Restaurant in Stockbridge

The lady at the drive-thru she had no personality she never said Thank you and when I repeated my order because I felt that she did not get it the first time she interrupted me and said I got it when I got to the window to pay for my order she took my money and she didn't say thank you the only reason I'm giving it one star is to be able to actually post something on this page but otherwise I would have given in 0 Stars Checkers really need to check their employees because these people just don't give a darn and it makes you wonder what are they doing to your food if they get upset with you and there are people out there that are willing to work for the money that Checkers is willing to pay and they have good customer service skills I don't know where these people come from at this Checkers on Henry Boulevard but overall the burger was delicious . And I think Checkers needs to revisit that get these people some training because apparently they don't have any customer service skills

Checkers have a very good burger ....very good burger .....the fries everything is good.... it's just the people and those attitudes...

Took entirely to long to take my order. At the window the guy was on his cell phone. He quickly took my payment and gave me my food but didn't give me my drinks. I assume because he was distracted by his obviously personal phone call. I waited and waited and waited, by this time he was helping people on the other side at the other window with orders, he glanced over at us several times only to turn away talking and laughing with people filling orders at the other window. I thought maybe the drink machine on our side wasn't working, but when I saw another worker, come to the window and use the drink machine for what I assume was for the people behind us. I started honking my horn to get his attention. When he opened the window, I said Can I please get my drinks?!!! The guy at the window and the original guy started apologizing over and over while scrambling to get the drinks. Then the cook started saying to the guy that gave me my food, that's because you were on the phone not paying attention. I chimed in exactly, he was on the phone. No plans to go back to this place, poor...

So I go to Checkers everyday for the past 4 mths. I normally get the same thing. Today I decided to switch it up and order something different. I wear reading glasses but I don’t drive in them. So when I ordered the dark two color thick lady asked which drinks. I asked her the flavors several times which she may not have heard until me repeating the question about four times. When she finally responded, she said,” they on the board!” I drove to the window and she asked me again which drinks. I asked again for the list of flavors. She then said, “ I told you they on the board!” I told her that I’m now at the window so what are the flavors. She responded by saying,” Mt. Pibb, Coca Cola, you come here everyday!” Yes I come every so value me as a customer enough to tell me the flavors. Very poor service. My $15 a day order is not important to pay her so I’ll be finding a new place to eat...
