Wish I could give no stars. @McDonalds 835 highway 138 W, Stockbridge GA 30281. This has to be the worst @McDonalds I have ever seen. Employees here act like they’re doing you a favor when you ask for fresh food. Worst experience on 03/15/2019 at 12:15 am. African American lady on drive thru had no customer service or respect for customer. Placed my order for 2 fish sandwiches, asking nicely if they could please make the fish fresh and I don’t mind waiting. Drive up to the window, she charges my card and hands me the bag. I already knew the fish wasn’t fresh because it’s impossible for them to make fresh fish by the time I drove up to the window. I opened the bag and just like I expected the fish looked extremely old and refried. I told the lady that this is not fresh but she ignores me and starts taking the next order. I waited for her to finish and showed her the fish and asked her if I can please get it fresh. She tells me it’s fresh and the cook just made it. She said it looks like that because the oil is black. I told her that I own a fast food restaurant and I can tell this was just refried. I told her that I’m paying for this food with my hard earned money and if I could please get this fresh. She snatches the bag out of my hand and throws it to the side. Then she starts talking about me to another girl who seemed like she worked there but was off her shift, waiting at the counter inside. She tells her that I need to calm down because “she doesn’t have any problem shutting this shi* down,” referring to the McDonald’s location. I get another bag handed to me in the next 2 minutes. After getting treated like that I had no energy to check the sandwich again and argue with her. She gave me no receipt because she knew I was on my phone getting information for that location and was going to complain. I don’t want anything from McDonald’s except them looking into this location and checking the cameras for the date and time I listed above. I’m a fast food business owner and that lady will completely destroy this stores reputation if she hasn’t done that already. This is not the first time I’ve had problems at this location. Only reason I went was to get food for my sisters. I will NEVER GO BACK to this location and will make sure none of my friends or family go there either. That lady definitely needs to be fired, demoted or get retrained again in customer service. No name tag either. God help the owner of...
Read moreI visited this location on February 19 at approx 4:13pm. I went through the drive through and ordered a number 7. Fish filet meal. Wanted my fish fried extra in order to get a fresh hot sandwich. Not the usual two pieces of bread stuck together crooked with melted cheese keeping you from correcting it. So I'm asked to pull up and wait for my order, no problem. I wait about 12 minutes. She brings me out a fish filet on a piece of lettuce, No sandwich. I go inside asking that the order be corrected. A short dark complected female grabs the bag from the young girl at the counter and begins to ridicule the staff in the back making the sandwiches. When they heard "fried crispy" they assumed I wanted a filet with no bread. Simple mistake. Instead of the short girl turning to say I apologize ma"am she resorts to laughing like a teenage girl while acting bothered that I came inside at all. The young lady making the sandwich in tge back was very nice. She apologizes for the mistake, acknowledged she was taking up my time and asked for my patience. How could I not respect that? I then ask tge short girl to replace my fries as they are now cold. She attempts to give me fries that had been sitting. I asked if she could wait until my sandwich comes up and give me fries from the batch just dropped. She had an entire attitude about my request. Shame on ne for wanting a hot meal. I asked her was she the manager, she said "yeah". Mcdonalds.....whomever put her in charge of a store should be ashamed of themselves. She's not ready yet. She needs more training. That poor staff having to follow under her leadership. I spotted three young ladies and two young men that were more management material than her at that location. She acts like a giggling teenager. The staff is already very young,at least give them a winning chance by leaving them with a capable manager. Read moreThis drive thru experience is the worst.I have been here a few times in the evenings and last night had my blood boiling. 🥵 I ordered something with the mobile app at 15 minutes before closing. I was in line behind someone at the drive thru that was served but yet nobody even got on the drive thru speaker to say anything. First of all my order was paid to this the app. Then i pull forward and an employee instead of coming to the window she is standing looking at me from a few feet away from window and another employee who was sweeping in one spot. I blew my horn and the manager ask for the mobile code and then a few minutes later had the boy that was sweeping tell me that they are closed and they cancel the order on my end. While at the window an employee gets out her car and walks up to the window screaming open the door. I call my bank after leaving the McDonals because the transaction is showing on my bank statement and my bank says that the dept that cancels it is closed because now it is clearly after midnight. She said the store can cancel on their end. I call the store and the most ignorant employee at this facility answers the phone and you clearly hear a beeping from a fax and she keeps screaming in the phone hello hell o i can’t hear you. This same employee was ignorant before when i came to the drive thru and said she didn’t understand at the drive thru but when i got to the window she had the order there so she clearly heard it but purposely didn’t include drink after repeating it several times and she charged me for the drink then had an attitude. Please fire this pitiful employee and the manager needs reprimanded for the employees on his shift having the worst customer service experience i have ever experienced and they will be receiving a call in...
