So I would tell you what there was a lady by the name of Cassandra who saved the day literally I had approximately 12 minutes before 8 o’clock when the store was closed there was no way for me to make it to a FedEx shipping center in that amount of time I called the store and she answered the phone. I told her I was at the stoplight and if I turned in, would I still be able to mail out, a package for FedEx I knew it would not get picked up tonight but if I would be able to send it off, the store was about to close in five minutes. She said yes come on when I came. Literally, there was three minutes left till the store closing nevertheless she helped me as if the store had just opened. She was kind and patient and saw it that I was able to mail off a Mother’s Day gift for our pastors mother who lives in New York. This store is the closest to my house, although I do not get to shop in store often due to my work schedule, it is often closed before I can get back down to this side of town, but I will tell you this is the second time that I have received the same courteous treatment in the store. It is a smaller store. It’s not heavily dog or overly stocked as should say , but it’s just enough for what we need. I have been in dozens of office depot stores and several were horrible but this one I will give it five stars any day there’s been several times when they have been overly accommodating to items that were on sale and they were out of stock and they were most gracious to substitute the item , as I sit in my car, the store is closed and she went to open the door to let me out. There was another desperate ladies standing at the door who explained that she did not know the store closed at eight. She had just sent all her documents to the store to be printed out . Cassandra is for self print. She said yes and without hesitation Cassandra let her in the store to complete her transaction. The time is now 815 and the store is officially closed. The lady has not come out of the store yet. I’m sure because Cassandra is going over and above to make sure that this lady can get her documentation that...
Read moreMy experience here isn't always bad.... As far as customer service goes.... But this time, today, I had a client order $156 worth of (24"x36") 6 Posters online (8pm) ... The day before it was needed.... Came in at the prescribed time on the email receipt the next day (4pm, today)... Only to have the order not ready, at all.... Not even started!
We called a manager over to discuss the issue... The manager began to give a excuse that may be understandable if, they had went ahead thought of some kind of compensation for the lost of time...... due to them not having the order ready on the time prescribed in the email 📧 ..... And having us wait while it printed..... @ roughly 10+min a poster..... (the order was for 6 posters).... Do the math....
But the manager had to be coaxed into some kind of compensation... Which is where I lose hope for the customer service of the manager on duty this day.....
Kae @ Print & Copy was, nice & accommodating, a lot although it wasn't her fault for not having the order printed.....
Update: Was fully refunded for my product... It was handled with a pretty decent attitude, which I appreciate.... Had to come back in on a separate day to get my refund..... But the issue was resolved......
Read moreWhen I arrived at office depot at 6:30pm the stapled obituaries were not ready despite the multiple calls I made to ensure they would be ready by 6pm. Once I checked in the obituaries were still not ready or folded or stapled. The representative had to reprint all the obituaries 4 times before of printer marks and/or using the wrong paper type that I paid for. Once the obituaries were ready they gave them to us not stapled. I shared that I paid for stapled, well it came to my attention they were not going to staple the obituaries together. They offered my cousin and I to staple the obituaries ourselves. After losing a loved one we were expected to work like interns of Office Depot for a service and product we paid for. I have attempted to contact corporate regarding this matter as it was unprofessional and a waste of time and money to pay for something that required me to do the work at the end of the day. I would like someone to reach out to me regarding this matter and it is seriously disturbing. I have a recorded video of us having to staple the obituaries and box them up ourselves. We did not leave the store until around 7:40 and needed to be at the funeral home before 8pm that was 30+...
