Cato Fashions — Local services in Stockbridge

Most if not all of my online orders go to this store. Every time I go to this store, every clerk who helps me with picking up my online order always acts as though they are mad at you for picking up online orders in this particular store. They have all made it pretty clear they don't like working with online orders. There was an older lady in this store who literally bullied me everytime regarding the placing of my online orders in the store instead of placing them online I reported her to management. Afterwards, she became even worse. Everytime I went in this store; she was sooo nasty. At this point ,I no longer shop at this Cato location. I send my online orders to a new location. I stopped in this Cato for the first time on Sunday 6/12/22 to do a return. The older lady working that afternoon was extremely rude. Not one customer was greeted and she had a nasty attitude throughout the whole transaction. I thanked her after she was done with my return and she groaned under her breath. I saw a few items that I wanted to purchase but I could not stand being around that energy and had to get out of there. This was certainly not the Cato standard of customer service that I’m used to. I’ve been to that store twice in last 6 or 7 months and everyone there except the manager is very helpful, have great customer service skills but the manager always makes you feel unwelcome, her demeanor and how she answers a question when you ask for help.. it is not what you say to somebody, it’s is how you say it.
