Wow, only 17 people wrote reviews for this place? It's a hit and so many people comes here especially during the weekday s.

I've been here about 3-4 times since they opened. It's far from my location and parking is not so great.

I tried their special combo banh mi, pork+chicken banh mi and now their pork meatballs banh mi. They are all delicious. Next time I'll need to try their other ones minus the veggie & egg one.

I also tried a few different drinks. Also got their matcha w/red bean one. I love them all!

I think there are only 3 people working and they are all very nice.

It's a very small location and there are only 2 tables so eating there will be difficult when it's busy. They have other food like rice plate and Phở.

I highly recommend everyone to go support this business.

I read reviews and Banh Mi & Roll sounded like a great place to visit. I was not impressed by the stores appearance when I got there. It looked like the place was being renovated. I was the only person in the business at the time that I ordered my BBQ pork sandwich. It was small with just an ok taste. The meat was dry. I washed down the sandwich with two cans of Coke. The male worker did provide me with a cup of ice. I need ice with my Coke. The price was right but I am not rushing back...

I’ve been to more Vietnamese restaurants than I can count. This has been one of the worst places by far. I enjoyed the service and the Thai tea but the food was not good. The meat is very bland and dry. The pickled carrots were also bland. The banh mi sandwich had no pate in it (and if it did, they put very little and it had no flavor). I wanted to like this place but I have to give my honest opinion. Their food is BLAND. Just go to Cafe Aroma in Manteca or Huong Lan...
