McDonald's — Restaurant in Stockton

This has to have been the worst service I have ever received at a fast food drive through. Ordering through the speaker was fine, but pulling up to the window...

The girl told me the price and stuck out the card reader. I already had my hand out because I was about to have it to her, but she basically jammed it into my elbow. Took the money, have me the receipt without ever looking away from her phone.

There's two windows for pick up, but I wasn't directed to 1 or 2. So, I went to window one. Eventually I see someone point to me, and this kid gives me my drinks, and walks away. No verifying my order, no hello. B No thank or we have the rest of your order

Finally got my food, and I reach in to pass the food around. They didn't mark the burger that didn't have pickles. And why tf my fries upside down at the bottom of the bag? Not one accidentally tipped over, but both? C'mon!?!!

Maybe the second kid was deaf, or special needs, and I'm sorry for my complaints. I don't think so because I've had great service by special needs students, and deaf students will still communicate. And in neither situation are fries being upside down something you'd expect.

They just didn't care, and because they didn't care I have to write a rate negative review. I'm more "if you got nothing nice to say..." And "I will sing your praises because people are more apt to complain than...

IF I could put 0 stars I would but to even share my experience I have to put something , This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too as a pregnant woman I would never send someone to this location, I feel played and disrespected, I had ordered 4 dubble cheese burgers and large fries I had to go back to the window 2-3 times and my second time a chunky Hispanic lady said “ oh well they just made them” the cheese wasn’t melted patties burnt and I’ve even asked the other employee at the second window next to the chunky Hispanic lady “would you eat somthing like this” she said “no I wouldn’t” this is after the second time, all I wanted to do was have a fresh cheeseburger and fresh french fries my fries were dark golden the food didn’t even taste right when I taking a bite my boyfriend and I wanted to also help a homeless person and felt even too bad to give him the food due to how nasty it looked and tasted from just our first bite, this is very disappointing as and customer I’ve never felt so disrespected or played, I’ve just had a long day at a few appointments and wanted a cheeseburger I would like to speak to the manager, I’ve called left a message, here are a...

The employees where nice, she even said my Google ID and we laughed when she handed me my apple and raspberry pies. No one ever says my Google ID. Pies were good. Area is hella sketchy. All the sketchy people from the train, got off at Stockton haha.. like I walked all the way (yes walked) from Ace station thinking it was gentrified always the way, I felt like I was gonna be robbed at every corner, I got yelled at by few homeless every other block, I saw a grandma with a red beanie haha.. But as soon as I arrived from my journey, I felt safe here, it was clean inside, restrooms were clean.
