McDonald's — Restaurant in Stockton

I've been here twice in the past two weeks.

The first time, we dined inside. The soda machine was out of a lot of flavors, especially the lemonades. I asked if they could replace the syrups, but it was never done, not while I was there. The fries lacked salt and weren't fully cooked. Also, they keep their restrooms locked, which is an inconvenience to have to wait for an employee to give you notice at the counter just to go to the bathroom. Awful for a place that likes to ignore their customers.

The second time was yesterday. We used their mobile app. The app seemed glitchy, and we'll get back to that part of the nightmare later. The order was missing a drink and apples. We had to go in just to get everything we ordered. The fries, again, lacked salt and weren't fully cooked, though they were cooked more than the previous visit.

The only reason we go to McDonald's is because our kids like it. This isn't the only McDonald's we've been at that has disappointed in one way or another, some more than others, this is definitely one of those. Neither is this only the second time we've visited this location. We go to whichever is closest and/or more convenient at the time. However, after this visit, I might consider scratching this particular location off the map, they disappoint almost every time and their customer service skills are terrible.

So, why give it 2☆ and not 1? Well, other than the fries not being done right, the rest of their food is pretty decent and the place is usually clean.

Back to the mobile app...I do not reccomend it!

Not only was it more of a hassle to order and pay than it is convenient. The app had a lot of problems during the pay and pickup processes. We ended up having to go in to ensure that our order and payment went through. According to the app, there was an error with our payment.

Oh, there was an error, alright...a HUGE error! Right now, my account is critically low because there are duplicate withdrawals from our visit yesterday. In fact, the card was charged 4 times, to be exact. That's over a hundred dollars that I will have to dispute with the bank, but I'll have to wait until after the holiday.

I recently visited the McDonald's located here and had an overall positive experience. Here are some highlights from my visit:

Food Quality: The food was up to the usual McDonald's standards. I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and a chocolate shake. Service: The service was efficient and friendly. The staff were courteous and quick to take my order. Even though it was a busy time, they managed to keep the line moving smoothly. My order was accurate, and the staff ensured everything was to my satisfaction.

Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The dining area was tidy, and tables were promptly cleaned after customers left. The restrooms were also clean and stocked with necessary supplies, which is always a plus.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, typical of McDonald's. There were plenty of seating options available, and the overall environment was comfortable for a quick meal. The restaurant also had a play area for kids, which seemed to be a hit with families.

Value: McDonald's offers good value for money. The prices are reasonable, and there are often deals and promotions that make it even more affordable. The quality of food for the price paid is satisfying.

Improvements: One area for improvement would be the drive-thru speed during peak hours. There was a bit of a wait, which could be streamlined for better efficiency. Additionally, a few more healthier menu options would be appreciated.

Overall, this McDonald's location provided a great experience. It's a reliable spot for a quick and tasty meal, whether you're dining in or taking out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fast and convenient...

Rude staff except for the cashier that took my order. Cold food order was wrong I ordered a sausage biscuit I got a sausage & cheese biscuit. I specified dine in they put my order in a bag. Very snooty and judgemental if not Flat out discriminatory against anyone riding a bicycle wearing a backpack or walking. Bathrooms and dinning area are designed and treated as if It where a prison, with a panic button that locks everyone in the building inside (except for the managers escape route of course), 4 visible camera's in the lobby with 3 on the outside perimeter, and Bathrooms equipped with remotely controlled locking doors that you have to get a staff member to buzz you into. last but not least no customer (or prisoner) access to anything that would normally be on the table or at a common table i.e. condiments,napkins,cups straws,salt,pepper,sauces,forks,spoons,creamer sugar etc. As if to say McDonald's customers are either 2 stupid & immature or or just immoral, poverty stricken, delinquents who are unable to make the right decisions when It comes to a packet of ketchup. All the while us delinquents have to entrust some high school kids or high school pot head drop outs with preparing our food in a manor fit for consumption and just hope they are not having a bad day or just lazy and give us the burger from the floor or sneezed on fries. Because their high caliber of employees would never take...
