McDonald's — Restaurant in Stockton

I stopped going to McDonald's a few months ago. My kids asked if they could go one last time today and i gave in! I was reminded why i stopped going i went thru the drive thru and as always the line is long when it's my turn to order someone came on the soeaker and said can i help you i proceeded with my order and that man never answrred me he was on the other soeaker helping the car next to me! Ok fine when he finally returned i told him what happened. Then i order my food. They screwed it all up i have a son who doesn't drink soda so i ordered hi-c they gave me all sodas also i oredered a mini meal i wasn't aware it doesn't come with a small soda i know all sizes are $1 but i also don't care for soda they screwed up there. They ask me to pull to the front to bring me the rest of my order my kids started to eat while im waiting for my son's hi-c and my mini meal they noticed a few more mistakes smh. I stopped going to any McDonald's because how bad it is and the horrible customer service as well but thx for reminding me again that things haven't changed i ordered chicken nuggets with bbq they gave me ranch i asked for 2 of the happy meals with hamburgers with just ketchup they put everything on it. Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 1 small fry on McDonald's app. According to the app food would be ready in 2-5 minutes. Walked into a dining room full of people waiting to get there food, 10+ persons waiting. People were walking in shocked to see how many people were waiting in front of them. My order went in at 10:42am and my food was ready at 11:00am, not at all as promised per app, not good McDonald's. Upon immediately leaving after grabbing food I left as I was late returning to work. Looking at the drive thru, I was SO thankful to have gone inside because the drive thru was a absolute parking lot with both lanes going back way before speaker and just in regular parking lot. I will not be returning to this McDonald's, and I doubt that anyone else that was there at this time will either. On the plus side the food was piping hot, the order was correct as as ordered on app, napkins were included, however I was not offered ketchup. I do not understand why the Double Chesseburger went from $1.99 to $4.39 either. The $1 $2 $3 Dollar Menu offers- McChicken $3.49, Small French Fries $3.49, 4 Piece Chicken McNuggets $3.59, and McDouble is $3.49, why is it advertised...

If you want fresh cold drinks , hot fresh fries and freshly made food with attention to the recipe and at least a little thought out into the food . Then don’t go here . I went there to take my kids for burgers and fries and they serve red me cold stale fries that look like they have been sitting out on the counter for hours. The burgers I ordered ketchup only and they placed the cheese 2/3rds of the way off meat on practically every burger and I ordered 8 . And the sodas I ordered 3 large sodas and 2 diet sodas . The drive thru attendant didn’t mark which was which and I asked her which 2 were diet . She replied “ I don’t know ? , I didn’t pour them . I asked her how I was supposed to find out and she just shrugged her shoulders and said “ I don’t know “ . When I took the top of the sodas 2 of the sodas were not even 80 percent full .
