If the guy in the drive through window was Jaden, this man salvaged a pending 1 star review.

I had gone in here the day before to grab a quick bite on the way to work. The self-service kiosks are extremely slow and unresponsive. I went to the counter where an employee looked at me turned and walked away without even acknowledging that I was there. I was strapped for time so I just left. Circumstances ofy day lead me to not being able to eat the entire day.

I prefer not to write bad reviews until I have given a business a second chance. I returned today again on my way to work.

The voice on the drive-thru was friendly and polite. When I drove to the window I was greeted with a smile. He was courteous and professional. I got my food FAST. This is what customer service is about! Sadly it seems that customer service is disappearing.

I came from the drive through a couple minutes ago. I specifically ordered 2 fiesta potatoes & a grilled cheese burrito box but instead of the nachos cheese shell I wanted to replace it with a regular one. Everything on the receipt was exactly as I ordered. The person that was collecting our money in drive thru & giving us our food was rude, and she rushed us! We checked our food and we were missing our 2 fiesta potatoes & my taco was nacho cheese flavored when I asked for regular. Dine in was closed so I couldn’t go inside & the drive thru line had 10 cars so I didn’t have time to wait otherwise my food would’ve been cold. This is by far the worse experienced I have had. I took my grandson to have lunch here today around 2:30 pm and while dining inn a young lady was very helpful to show me how to place my order. While waiting for my order an older Asian woman working there was standing at the counter blowing her nose while talking to another male worker cleaning the dining area. Totally unacceptable for any employee to be doing this while customer's sitting in the dining area observing this and serving food. It's no wonder I have in the past got sick after eating a chicken burrito there. I for sure will never be eating or taking any of my family there to eat again. Lesson learned.
