Young workers who are very rude ! First of all, I was standing by the order window for a while until I was finally acknowledged, since the cook and the two girls working were gossiping . Once she began taking my order, she was very rude and once my order was completed & handed to me I said “can I please PURCHASE six extra hot sauces” keyword PURCHASE And they made such a big deal. ONE OF THE GIRLS SAID HOLD ON LET ME ASk ,she then PROCEEDED TO TELL THE OTHER GIRL AND THE OTHER GIRL SAID ONLY GIVE IT TO HER IF SHE PAYS FOR IT SO SHE COMES BACK AND TELLS ME YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND I SAID WHAT PART OF I’M GOING TO PURCHASE DID YOU NOT HEAR? Smh . To make matters worse, the consome had no flavor and it was cold. My tacos were so soggy ,falling apart when I specifically asked for them to be extra fried. This is not the first time I have Bad customer service at this location. Only reason why I come back it’s because it’s closer to me than the Jamestown location, which always has...

I showed it to a few people, and the consensus is it's from a stainless steel scrubber that they likely use to clean the grill. I avoid metal brushes or sponges for cleaning our grill for this reason! It can easily contaminate food and cause injury!

I ordered here for the second time today and found a piece of metal in my burrito while I was chewing a bite. It wasn't the foil wrapper. I opened the rest of it and didn't find anything else unusual, but still lost my appetite.

I would really like to know what it is and how it got in my burrito.

The food was good (foreign objects aside), the price is reasonable, and everyone is very friendly. But I am hesitant to eat there or take my child there again...

I stopped here after work. I like tortas so I figured I'd try the torta cubano.. Oh my God it was so good. I had no idea what to expect but it had ham, hot dogs, eggs, some random meat I never had before And I told him to put everything on there.. it was so good. It was plenty enough for like 3 people. I'll definitely go back and check out their tacos and whatever...
