Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Stockton

I came through the Drive-Thru with a friend I was treating to a burger meal. She stated she doesn't much care for Jack-in-the-Box food but I touted this location was good. Well, it USED to be good anyway. The service was fast but the food wasn't even edible. The tacos had been deep-fried more than once. They were too hard to even eat. The double Jack Cheeseburger was cold & tasted old. One bite of the taco & one bite of the burger. Done. I did pretty much finish off the curly fries by the time I got back home & even those weren't fresh but I was hungry. This place is out-of-my way but I'm going to call and see if they'll replace the meal (Yes, I saved it) because they deserve a second chance. My friend said, "See? I TOLD you!" She refuses to go again. My phone call will determine if it's Strike One or...

Horrible customer service. I ordered at this jack in the box and my total was $9.11, I couldn’t hear the cashier so I repeated you said $9.11 and he said yes. I counted out exactly $9.11 and handed it to the cashier name Miguel. I handed me my food and I drove off. While eating my food I check my receipt and the total on the it said $5.11. I called back and the manager Marianna said I was lying and that Miguel said you didn’t hand him $9.11. So basically Jack in the box stole $4.00 from me or the employee Miguel pocketed the money. I will NEVER come to this Jack in the box and I will tell all my friends and family to not eat here since they want to steal a few dollars from customers. I will be calling corporate and speaking with the store manager Maggie when she returns to work....

Not sure how this establishment is still up and running… they never have anything and the lines are ridiculous, 45 mins just to make it to the loud speaker, 20 minutes waiting there to get your order taken, and another hour to make it to the window to pick up the order….The homeless people harassing everyone in line makes it much worse. I waste my time and gas just waiting in line for the full menu not even being available. The employees are cool sometimes until they’re not and they’re rude. There’s a lady that has told me 2 times on different occasions that she’s not making any food or taking orders because she’s the only staff on the clock….. there’s poor management, no organization, no time urgency to meet customer service satisfaction. “Fast” food doesn’t have to be...
