Let me start by saying I been coming here for years.. and I’ve never been so upset to be a regular customer. I order honey garlic ranch chicken for the second time this week.. and and the cook forgot to put honey on the chicken. I called bck first to let them know before I came back and the black girl sad to say, black hair in a bob not the one with the dreads, but she was very rude. !!! She argued with me as if I didn’t know what I was tasting telling me they did put it on there and would give me more in a cup. Over tge phone if handled correctly she shoulda pulled the order. Then asked the cook. But she was ready to scream no refunds come see me lee. But u don’t retain customers like that. The cook comes out and offered to remake it knowing he didn’t put it on there. She said no because at this point I’m upset. She hung up on me and embarrassed me like I just wanted something free instead or correcting they mistake. The owner said give a refund and she then saw it was never put on the ticket. So instead of apologizing she still arguing with me even got on her knees to be funny when I said she shoulda just apologized. I recorded it all and would like to show the owner how his business is ran. I’ll never return. After all these years that was it for me. Get a new cashier cause a mistake is a easy fix hard unless u have difficult ppl. My time waisted. I still got to wait for food somewhere else but I’m just happy mr lee resolved it. It’s sad owners can’t take a day off cause staff will run ur business in the grown. This my community and our money being spent here keeps money in the community, but unfortunately the service will make u drive 30 minutes just to get good service. Chick-fil-A would never. Thank god for American deli next door. Let’s...
Read moreMy family and I, have a family tradition to have our order-in day on Friday or Saturday nights. We’ve been doing that since this location opened, in the early 2000’s. The food was perfect no matter what we ordered, but it was a little high in price. But we still ate there, cause we knew the food was going to be right. But since 2019 to now, they haven’t been as guaranteed these past few years. So, have cut down on eating there as much. We might try it now once a month, hoping it would improve each time. Cause it’s hard trying to find great wings at those old fashioned wing & fish hotspots, like in the 90’s. Now, every time we try they have some kind of problem. Like the food wasn’t fresh (refried), a item missing, a totally wrong order, and recently not enough or no specific food item available. I am a drum lover. So, I also order extra drums. No matter where we go. Yesterday they didn’t have many drums and they didn’t say anything to us when we ordered. We ended up receiving like 8 drums and the rest were flats, from a 80pc order. I’ve also been wanting to try their Advertised Philly topped fries. But they claim they don’t serve this. Like I said it has photos on their site, and the name of this on the menu. It was very disappointing. So I think we won’t be going back anymore. They’ve had plenty of chances to get it...
Read moreFor the past few months I have continued to be a regular customer at A-Town Wings even through the extremely long waits and unsatisfactory customer service. But today they have lost a customer. I went in to order two meals; one wings with fries and a side of fried rice. When I received my order I realized is was wrong after explaining to young lady almost three times that my order was wrong and how it was suppose to be, she goes to the back and comes back and tells me they will fix my order but he (I am guessing the manager) said to charge you a $1. For what??? Why am I being charged extra when YOU messed up my order. What kind of business are they running. When you mess up someones order you take responsibility and FIX it. You don't charge them extra money because the order was not taken correctly. The most ridiculous thing. From now on I will head on over to American Deli next door because they are just as good with better...
