After sitting in a lonnnnggg line i pull up to the speaker to nothing but Ghetto, rude, nasty, unprofessional, no manners, employees.. And yes, at this point Iām pissed. They have very minimal knowledge of there menu items, nor do they know how they ring them up. Seems like they need some one on one training as well as computer. Whoever hired them needs to be fired as well. Manager Kelly(or something like that) an drive thru order taker on July 9, 2018 around 7:50pm was soooo unprofessional, i wanted to order 6 plain no meat no cheese empty taco salad shells in which I order all the time with no issues. I was told they donāt sell them salad shells by itself (or maybe they was just toooo lazy to fry them) SMH anyway I told the employee just what and how to ring it up, which was just a side of flour and she told me that would be considered a soft taco shell LOL. Being in the customer service industry you learn to properly accommodate your customers! I didnāt want anything for free!! Little did both her an her manager friend know I have many years of Taco Bell experience. Not proud of it but just to let yāall know. If I was a secret shopper yāall would have failed miserably! People should understand when filling out these job applications that they decided to fill it out, that NOONE is forcing them to work there u obviously need the money so thatās why you filled it out, and went to the interview etc. Get you a job you enjoy so you wonāt receive complaints! None the less I rode over to the Stonecrest (mall parkway) location, an was greeted properly an got my salad shells. The manager there was very friendly also. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey arenāt anything like what they use to be. They donāt listen and follow directions, no matter if you order online, in-person walk-in or drive-thruā¦. They still find away to mess up your order. They leave stuff out, donāt fix your food exactly the way you requested, and the food is never fresh. Thatās the main reason you canāt get food exactly the way you ask, because the food is just sitting their from them pre fixing foods, and when someone orders they donāt start from then making the item fresh. Itās old sitting, cold and, soggy, plus completely wrong when you receive it. The two Taco Bellās locations that are in my area are: Fairington Road in Lithonia, Ga next to Walmart ( itās a Taco Bell/ Long John Silverās combined) and the other location is Taco Bell at Stonecrest Mall area ( across the street from Tire Plus shop). Both do the same horrible things. And then have the nerve to ask you to bring the food back, in order to get another meal at another time. How feels like leaving home expecting to eat and be satisfied. But in stead you get no satisfaction, then have to go all the way back to the restaurant that just cheated you, give them the exact amount of food back, ( giving them your receipt š§¾ isnāt enough) in order to get your food done correctly that you already paid for, now wasted more gas onā¦.
