Taco Bell — Restaurant in Stonecrest

After sitting in a lonnnnggg line i pull up to the speaker to nothing but Ghetto, rude, nasty, unprofessional, no manners, employees.. And yes, at this point I’m pissed. They have very minimal knowledge of there menu items, nor do they know how they ring them up. Seems like they need some one on one training as well as computer. Whoever hired them needs to be fired as well. Manager Kelly(or something like that) an drive thru order taker on July 9, 2018 around 7:50pm was soooo unprofessional, i wanted to order 6 plain no meat no cheese empty taco salad shells in which I order all the time with no issues. I was told they don’t sell them salad shells by itself (or maybe they was just toooo lazy to fry them) SMH anyway I told the employee just what and how to ring it up, which was just a side of flour and she told me that would be considered a soft taco shell LOL. Being in the customer service industry you learn to properly accommodate your customers! I didn’t want anything for free!! Little did both her an her manager friend know I have many years of Taco Bell experience. Not proud of it but just to let y’all know. If I was a secret shopper y’all would have failed miserably! People should understand when filling out these job applications that they decided to fill it out, that NOONE is forcing them to work there u obviously need the money so that’s why you filled it out, and went to the interview etc. Get you a job you enjoy so you won’t receive complaints! None the less I rode over to the Stonecrest (mall parkway) location, an was greeted properly an got my salad shells. The manager there was very friendly also. They aren’t anything like what they use to be. They don’t listen and follow directions, no matter if you order online, in-person walk-in or drive-thru…. They still find away to mess up your order. They leave stuff out, don’t fix your food exactly the way you requested, and the food is never fresh. That’s the main reason you can’t get food exactly the way you ask, because the food is just sitting their from them pre fixing foods, and when someone orders they don’t start from then making the item fresh. It’s old sitting, cold and, soggy, plus completely wrong when you receive it. The two Taco Bell’s locations that are in my area are: Fairington Road in Lithonia, Ga next to Walmart ( it’s a Taco Bell/ Long John Silver’s combined) and the other location is Taco Bell at Stonecrest Mall area ( across the street from Tire Plus shop). Both do the same horrible things. And then have the nerve to ask you to bring the food back, in order to get another meal at another time. How feels like leaving home expecting to eat and be satisfied. But in stead you get no satisfaction, then have to go all the way back to the restaurant that just cheated you, give them the exact amount of food back, ( giving them your receipt 🧾 isn’t enough) in order to get your food done correctly that you already paid for, now wasted more gas on…. All of this is ridiculous. They both need to be closed and staffed with new, employees and new rules. Cleaned up buildings inside and outside. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 100000000 STARS I WOULD ! RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! ONLY REASON I AGREED TO GO TO TACO BELL WAS BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE WATERMELON FREEZE, I DECIDED I WANTED THE NEW NACHO BOX THEY HAD , DIDNT HAVE THE NACHOS, OF COURSE, BUT THEY HAD THE CHIPS AND SALSA, WELL WHY COULDNT THEY OF JUST GAVE ME THOSE CHIPS WITH IT INSTEAD, THEY HAND ME MY “WATERMELLON FREEZE” I ASKED WHERE THE SEEDS WERE (MY FAVORITE) AND THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I GOT A REGULAR. I HAVE ORDERED THIS DRINK AT LEAST 10 TIMES THE PAST MONTH , I KNOW WHAT COMES IN IT. SO ME AND MY HUSBAND STARTED ARGUING BECAUSE THE GIRL REALLY TRIED ME LIKE I WAS DUMB, AND I DIDNT WANT IT SO ANOTHER IGNORANT PERSON CAME TO THE WINDOW AND SAID SOMETHING LIKE “blah blah blah IF YOUR GONNA CRY ABOUT IT” I couldn’t understand what he said except for that . The food was nasty, all thrown together. I ended up paying 16.22 for 2 freaking $5 boxes and a slushy that I wasn’t going to drink . 16.22 of the little bit of money i work my butt off to make !
