BE WARNED: THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS EVEN WHEN THEY MESS UP I went in this evening (3/2/25) and ordered a 4 piece with 4 legs and two sides. I decided to get a drink and purchased a large drink separately. After I ordered, the two people that came in after me were told there was a 30-minute wait, one left and one waited. After the lady in front of me received her order, I was wondering what the hold was up with my order since it was simple and no one else was in there. When she came back around the corner, I asked about my order and she said, there is a wait on legs. My response was "You didn't tell me that there was a wait because I wouldn't have ordered. So, I would like a refund because I don't have time to wait." She went into the office and came out and said, "My manager said that we don't give refunds" I asked, "What do you mean you don't give refunds" and I asked for the manager. I asked the manager how were they going to tell me that they don't give refunds. I told her to please give me my money so that I can go. Another issue is that THE CASHIER DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR EITHER TRANSACTION. Now they conveniently say that they don't give refunds, and I don't have a receipt for proof of my purchases. The manager went into the office after agreeing to give me my money and it was taking longer than I felt needed. It appeared that they were still trying to make me wait while she sat in the office. I asked the cashier at the drive through window to call the manager for me and she came out. I asked her what was taking so long. She said, "I'm trying to scrape up the money out of my pocket to give you your money back". I asked her why she would do that and not just get it out of the register. She said, “Because we can’t do refunds but I’m trying to give you your money.” I told her that I was leaving because I have somewhere to go and don't have time to wait. I asked for the General Manager's name and the owner. I told her that I needed a receipt for both purchases for proof and she had me take a picture of the register screen. I will be calling back to speak to the General Manager tomorrow and going get my money. I called corporate as soon as I got in the car and made a complaint. The representative that I spoke with said that he never heard of a store not giving refunds. It is very rare that I even go to KFC but every time I try again with location, it reminds me of why I don't patronize this location. The cashier tried to get an attitude with me because I said that she didn't tell me that I had to wait. She sarcastically apologized and stated that she doesn't want to make anybody "mad about chicken". She needs to understand that it’s about customer service not chicken. Read moreOrdered 2 Pc meal and 12 wings. 45 Minutes I am still there! 3/23/2021 8:55 - 9:35pm After ordering from drive through, i noticed the lady in front of me not happy with her order and trying to give the food back to the lady through the drive window (I should have known then). Lady leaves and goes around front of KFC. I ordered 2 pc grilled and 12 wings, i was asked to go around front as well due to currently making grilled. ok, no problem, been pushed around front before. After 15 minutes, i am thinking, how long should this take, and thinking that she didn't say how long of a wait it would be. After 20 minutes waiting, i decide to go inside (still not upset) After about 2 minutes, the lady that ordered in front of me comes inside as well, wondering the same thing (What's taking so long?). The nice young cashier doesn't know what to say, therefore I ask for the manager. Nice cashier goes to get the manager, only 3 steps away, and she doesn't respond at all, we are both still standing there wondering if she is going to address us. Finally she (Sharee) comes and asked what's the problem, we both say we have been waiting for about 25 - 30 minutes and we would like our food. She says it is almost done, tells me that the other lady will be first ( no problem with that, she was first ), Sharee gives the lady her order and it is not complete (No fries). Lady says there are no fries here. Lady gives me my order, ( I know now I better check it) Of course i also have no fries and no drink. I tell Sharee, I was asked what side i wanted and asked for fries ( not here) and still have no drink. She walks away , as the lady and i are thinking she is going to get our fries. After about 10 minutes and she does not come back, i say to her are we going to get fries? she ignores both of us :-( . person walks up to the counter to order, and they order a meal with fries, and is told that they are out of fries. I say why hasn't anyone said anything to us as we are both standing here waiting for fries. Manager Sharee still will not come back to talk to us. As i am ready to leave i ask to just give me any side for me to leave, lady does same as lady records total situation on her phone. Worse customer service i have ever experienced from a supervisor/manager. I will NEVER return to that location in my life. Thinking that i really do not need KFC in my life at all anyway. BTW, grilled chicken was rushed and not cooked, daughter had to trash it, too...
Read moreI give them 1 star because there is no way to put -5. I placed an online order, we drove to the store to pick it up. Something tells me to examine my order. I notify the attendant that the chicken I ordered was original and this was crispy. She proceeds to tell me that they were short 2 pieces and she mixed the original with crispy. Due to some dental issues that come with age, I have no use for crispy or extra crispy chicken. I told her, this was not what I had ordered she insisted on giving me what she wanted as opposed to what I had ordered. Sad, why bother asking me what I want if you are going to give me what you want anyways. This is not a good business practice and the managers are failing in employee training and supervision. This is why Popeyes and Publix get more chicken sales than they do. She said there was a15 minute wait but did not offer me the option to wait. I would have waited for what I wanted and paid for. Once we got home we discovered that none of the chicken was original. There were some crispy pieces and some rock hard pieces. I expect to speak to the manager of this location on Monday or I will dispute this charge with my bank.
Well, we tried to get this matter resolved in the store, however, they never came to the phone nor did they reply this review. What did I do? I called corporate and they will be issuing a refund for the rock hard chicken. I do hope they start training their personnel better or they will...
