Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Stoneham

Called for to go. Pappas platter love papa Gino's but all near me closed was looking forward to my meal .I could not get my coupon to work they send text messages with codes but be careful they expire in a few min. Never used app before so hurried in my pizza order.then called and spoke to a manager to add the platter. Well got home and I had no ravs looked at my slip it said spaghetti and meatballs. Def not what I ordered and a manager took my order.. called was told that manager left.. I left my phone number. The now manager on duty offered to replace meal but I don't live close and also kept talking over me. I had to tell her she needed to listen to the customer and stop talking over me. She said would have the manager call me its been 2 weeks I have heard nothing. Will not be going there again. Teach your managers with some training in customer service. All they had to do was offer me a lunch at no cost on my next visit. I would of been ok with that .not up that way often. And I also ordered 2 pizza. Enjoyed those even heated up next day. That day I worked from 4am to 4pm and just wanted a quick supper. If you want better service find one closer to you or farther if you live in Stoneham go to 99 they Never disappoint . Or even Baccis they have great gilly ravs get garlic bread too fast lunch hot and...

I love this store. The staff are always polite and it's rare to have staff that actually bring you your food when it's ready. I have never had a mistake made with my order which is usually a steak & Cheese of some sort. When every sub shop around stopped using premium meat for their steak subs D'Angelo's held firm. Although when that change happened their subs cost more they were far better quality than the sub shops which now served what I refer to as "chopped dog food." I did notice quite awhile ago that D'Angelos has downgraded to a lesser steak also. Still very good but definitely not as tasty and succulent as the former type of meat. So WATCH IT D'ANGELO's a really good cheeseburger is not a bad substitute and you can get them everywhere. I also like the Mishawaum store in Woburn. They never took more than 5 minutes to prepare one of my subs when I drove truck...

This is the fourth time the people that work there they're going through them like water the last couple years and it's horrible I ordered buffalo wings and the inside of these buffalo wings with the bone in weren't cooked at is gross someone's going to get sick I don't know what's going on there but I won't order from them again the pizza is still decent and good but I wouldn't touch their subs with a ten-foot pole all of their other products the appetizers if you get them delivered they are never going to come properly cooked like I said it's the fourth time tired of making it right screw making it right just deliver something that's at least...
