If I could give one star I would. This review is for our visit on Sunday around 4pm. You have the MOST cattiest and unfriendly females working as your staff. I wasn’t going to leave this review, but as a business development manager for a multi-billion $ company, I think the owner should know how the staff behaves. Upon pulling up we noticed the parking lot was empty, minus just one customer inside. Which now makes sense, no one wants to spend their hard earned money during an economic collapse on horrible customer service. From the time we entered the door, to the time we stepped out not a single word was uttered from any employee. Not a “hi” not a “can I get you something else” not a “this is your total” not a “have a good day thanks for you business”. Instead I got stared down aggressively by both females working, received my ice cream CONTAINER with caramel all over it, it destroyed my car and I had to pay to get it detailed. To say I’m upset by the aggressive encounter, and the lack of food quality is an understatement. The manager or owner should be embarrassed having such catty females working their business. If your employees do not feel confident or comfortable enough interacting with customers you shouldn’t have them customer facing. I am beyond grateful for the young man that answered my desperate phone call after a 3rd party delivery service application experienced a technical error. The result was not receiving our entire order, and my 7 year old daughter, who is home sick, was missing her frappe that I had promised. Although I never caught this employee's name, who was super kind and professional on the phone, within 25 minutes, he personally drove to our home to deliver the missing item! I am beyond appreciative and will highly recommend The Daily Scoop to anyone who wants great quality ice cream and equally impressive...

Great ice cream. Slow service, maybe a summer replacement, which would be alright. The 3 stars are mainly because of the condition of the diner. It's very nostalgic, I get it, and it should stay that way, but it needs to be fixed up and cleaned. Declutter, throw out all the stickers and sticky notes and do a deep clean, replace the stained drop ceiling panels, wipe the shelves, update the menu, replace or reprint some of the "daily scoop" panels from the...
