First off we will be reaching out to management.

I just don’t believe Management would allow them serve the food they did to us.

My husband and I ordered egg croissant sandwich yesterday and it honestly was the worst food I have ever had ever. We both took a bite and no joke both spit it out at the same time. The croissant had to be at least 1+ week old, the egg looks like it had mold in it, like I can’t believe how bad.

It was as if it was on the showing shelf for a week and then given to us. It wasn’t even warm. Like half warm but weird feeling. I still can’t believe we had it in our mouth to be honest.

Please remove the person who would ever serve something like that immediately!

I feel horrible for the business owner as it’s just not possible they would allow this with that beautiful location and place.

I recently moved to the area and stumbled across this cozy little cafe whilst scouting the territory. In need of a quick bite I wandered in and was greeted very warmly by Emily. I asked her if she had any suggestions for a quick grab and go breakfast. She suggested one of their breakfast sandwiches. I opted for the ham. egg and cheese. It was delicious and the perfect accompaniment to my latte. I also looked over the lunch offerings, all of which look delicious Emily suggested the tuna salad of Cesar chicken wrap as they were the most popular. For a café attached to a museum, I had set the bar low. Honestly, it was pretty good. $27 for a lobster roll and chips. $8.50 for clam chowder - actually pretty normal pricing for those items.

The food itself was good overall. The Clam Chowder is more of a "soup" rather than a "chowder". Hence, I'd skip that option. The other sandwiches (including the Lobster Roll) were nice.

If I needed to eat at the museum again, I'd certainly come check this spot out again.

That said, I don't think you should eat here if you have time to go elsewhere. Mainly because you are in Mystic, and there are remarkable places around! Spend the extra few moments and go to a more...
