Against my better judgement but due to a suggestion I ordered here. My first visit the cashier was rude and the order took 24mins longer than the quoted time. Normally I wouldn’t care but considering I was on lunch it was a bit annoying no apology no consideration. My 2nd visit the order was incorrect, they agreed to remake awesome no problem. The issue came in AGAIN with the cashier she has the worst customer service imaginable. She literally acted like they were doing me a favor by remaking my order, and giving me an update as again I’m on lunch. Generally adult jobs frown on being late she wouldn’t know that as she’s a child. The icing on the cake is the owner being just as rude and enabling. Idc how long you’ve been in the community we as customers pay your bills and we as customers coupled with your lovey cashier will be why you close the doors. What made it all so much more worse was my first visit it was made very clear due to the company I was with that we are service members, I don’t expect a group like the one I encountered and certainly not the owner to understand what that means but generally speaking people are rude and disrespectful to service members. It just didnt feel customer nor military friendly. Making the general public aware as we have already made sure my unit as well as our community liaison on base knows. Hopefully when it impact your wallet it’ll change you attitude. Not to mention it’s never a smart or safe idea to follow your customer out the store and down the street acting completely unhinged bc people have a right to defend themselves from a threat and the owner seems to have a habit of doing this per the other local business owners. I would make a point of stopping here every week, sometimes even multiple times in a week to go get lunch for about a year. Over this time I have seen a steady decline in quality occur. It's kinda upsetting considering they are convenient, however at the end of the day I will NOT be returning. I don't want to delve into great detail about their downfalls in the flavor department because its subjective, but I will if prompted. By far the biggest factor in driving me away is the steady increase on prices I keep seeing, along with portions getting MUCH smaller to the point that you can actually tell. It was a good deal before these shenanigans. When I get takeout I try to order something that I wouldn't normally make, Bouges consistently FAILS to check this box with their genre of home cooked style meals. (Excluding thier breakfast pizza). While Bouges may not have an intriguing menu, they at least gave you your fair share of food. Kiss that goodbye. I got robbed for 11$ here and left hungry. See the attached photo for evidence of 11$ worth of Shepards Pie with a soda for scale. This is unacceptable! The tourists in Pawcatuk are what this place is geared for. The greed is visible from their poor business decisions. Pair all this with the fact that I had a hair in my home fries last time (didn't get them this time.) I'm never coming back or bringing business to this...

The atmosphere is great, and we were greeted promptly and politely after two people in front of ordered breakfast sandwiches. We were only going to get a bagel with cream cheese but the customer in front of us was raving about their sandwiches. We were able to get an order in within a few mins. We ordered a vegetarian option. We waited over 25 minutes for our 1 sandwich. The staff used the people in front of us as an excuse for how long it took but they didn’t get mucand then when we started eating our food we found out it had a lot of bacon all throughout it which isn’t what we ordered. We are not the type to complain but when we were asked how it was we used that opportunity to be honest. To which we were immediately told by the kitchen staff that they used a separate pan to cook our food and that there couldn’t possibly be any bacon. It was the whitest lie I’ve ever heard spoken right to my face in awhile and we weren’t even offered an opportunity to have our sandwich remade. We decided to leave and tossed their food because we couldn’t eat it. This place has great ratings but we must have just hit it at a bad...
