You won't find Hersheys or Twinnnings here. Not only do they make their own chocolate in-house, but they also have the largest selection of chocolate I have seen outside of an online retailer. (Shocker: they do that too)
They also have a LARGE variety of teas to choose from. Sit and sip or take it to go! There are typical flavored teas, and they have some more traditional Chinese and Taiwanese loose leaf teas.
If the traditional teas tickle your fancy: there is typically a guided tea service every Saturday morning. There are also a number of other classes and events going on here. They typically update their events on Facebook or their website.
