I have been trying to call the store and there's no answer. No voicemail. I paid for extra cheese and feta and that's not what I got. I would like a refund for the "toppings" I order but no one will answer. Theres no wait time. They got this order to me quickly, so why they would get the order so wrong I don't understand and why they would not be answering the phone or even have a voicemail set up like a normal business I don't understand.
UPDATE:. I tried calling them today - the next day- and the kid put me on hold for 5 mins then hung up. I called back and they answered and immediately hung up a couple times. Then they answered with the intro, I stated yes I'm calling about the pizza I ordered last night - silence and he hangs up. That happens 3 more times of him giving the dominoes intro and hanging up when he realizes its me. Finally another person answers and I immediately say I need a manager and he says this is the manager. I ask why they keep hanging up on me. He says he doesn't know because he just answered the phone. I tell him what happened. He asks if I have proof (because you know, screw the customers lol), I said yes. I have my receipt and a photo of the pizza, several actually. And I attempted to call last night several times. No one answered. He says I have to come in person and talk to the manager tonight or tomorrow. I'm like okay well I'm coming in tomorrow because obviously he can't manage his employees if they keep hanging up the phone and he is letting them do this.
At this point I am letting everyone I know in town about this experience. No one should go here. They don't care about their customers. Read other comments, if they mess up your order they will hang up on you. Their pizza already sucks. But now their service...
Read moreso after placing my order, i waited about ten minutes and headed out to pick up my dinner. when i got to the store the cashier claimed that they had never gotten my order and i must have placed it incorrectly, probably to a different store, and that there was no way that they could have screwed up. so i went back home to check my order. opened my email to check the confirmation, and i had in fact done it correctly. so i printed it out and headed back to the store with my printout. upon arriving at the store a second time, i go in and talk to the same guy i had just talked to five minutes before, who claimed to know nothing of the situation. he called over his manager, who checked the computer, claimed that they had just received the order. i showed him my printout showing that it had been nearly twenty minutes and two trips to his store, and my pizzas were not even started. he pointed to the time the email was printed, ignoring the order time. claiming that i was a lair just trying to get free pizza and that i would receive nothing for my trouble. i said something nasty and left. if your people can't even own up to their mistake and lie to customers i won't be doing business with your company again. this is the second time something has happened at this store, the first time i was supposed to get a pair of free pizzas but when i tried to claim said pizzas there was no...
Read moreThe food tastes great! But the Stow, Ohio store is not great at taking special orders. Their track record at making our bacon and jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread, hold the bacon, right is a little less than 50% over the last 6 months. Most of the time they still add the bacon. Today they omitted the bacon AND the jalapeños. We love the food and will continue to order from them because they offer to remake it or give us a free one with our next order. But today the person on the phone acted annoyed that we asked them to remake it. Like I said, the food tastes great. But they need to pay more attention to what they are doing.
