Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Stow

I order two subs 1 hour before closing Saturday 9/13. The Hunters Club and the veggie. My veggie had 2 additions, light mustard and light regular onions. I picked up my subs 15 minutes before closing. Upon arriving to my destination 30 minutes away. I was very disappointed with the veggie sub. There was no avocado spread (this is supposed to be on the sandwich as is, no modifications needed), there was little to no cucumbers, and lastly my mustard and onions were not added. We went in for first time today . I guess you need 7 workers at a time because they move so slow ! The lady slicing the meat was annoyed I wanted to change what cheese I wanted . Her attitude was not very welcoming . Your staff seems not very happy . The young girl doing toppings was nasty and gave dirty looks moved like a turtle . The girl with pink hair at the grill really looked quite unhappy too be there . There were 2 young men that were trying ! Yes we made comments about how miserable they all seemed . Most times we order through doordash. Alot of the times a jimmy john employee will deliver our food. It is normally fast as heck. Today an hour late. Now I don't get to eat before work. It really sucks! Called the store to find our order and they say the driver is on the way. I think they are just now leaving. The biggest problem is the doordash app is there to let us know where the ordering/ delivery process is.
