I order two subs 1 hour before closing Saturday 9/13. The Hunters Club and the veggie. My veggie had 2 additions, light mustard and light regular onions. I picked up my subs 15 minutes before closing. Upon arriving to my destination 30 minutes away. I was very disappointed with the veggie sub. There was no avocado spread (this is supposed to be on the sandwich as is, no modifications needed), there was little to no cucumbers, and lastly my mustard and onions were not added. Her attitude was not very welcoming . Your staff seems not very happy . The young girl doing toppings was nasty and gave dirty looks moved like a turtle . Read moreMost times we order through doordash. Alot of the times a jimmy john employee will deliver our food. It is normally fast as heck. Today an hour late. Now I don't get to eat before work. It really sucks! Called the store to find our order and they say the driver is on the way. I think they are just now leaving. The biggest problem is the doordash app is there to let us know where the ordering/ delivery process is.
