I ordered 2 pizzas with 2 toppings on them. They burned my sister's pizza which was fine. We aren't dramatic and we never make a big deal out of things but it was burned to the point that it was inedible which at that point we do have to call and request our money back or a new pizza. Unfortunately they were about to close and couldn't make a new one. No big deal. The woman working speaks with her manager and approved a credit for the cost of the pizza under my name and number so the next day I could get a replacement pizza. Well I call the next day, explain the situation and the woman rings it up and tells me it's four dollars after my credit. I ask why and she apparently doesn't have the answer because she hands the phone off to someone else without even saying anything to me which is very rude. The new employee explains because I was given a certain credit and the remaining amount is for the toppings I was adding on my replacement pizza which would be fine if I was not ordering literally the exact same pizza from the night before. I tell her this and she is somehow incapable of processing this information. She looks up my order from last night and can see that yes. I am ordering the same size pizza with the same toppings as the night prior but it still doesn't compute for her. When I tell her they burned the pizza and the credit is to replace the burned pizza so if I'm getting the same pizza there should be no fee she is clearly frustrated and just says okay whatever it's free you're all set it'll be ready in 15 minutes and hangs up on me. I have my receipt. A photo of the burnt pizza etc. I only ordered from here because Domino's wait time for delivery was an hour and after this experience even though MY unburned pizza was good, I will never be returning to order from here again. Unbelievable. I don't even feel comfortable going to pick up the pizza after the exchange I just had with that employee, I literally feel unwelcome...
Read moreIt WAS a great pizza option for my family , but unfortunately had too many issues within the last few months. The meatball bake is a great crust-less option for those wanting to do lazy keto BUT BE AWARE the meatball bake is made inconsistently. You’ll be charged for the price of a pizza but may get a bake that has 1 (one) serving size. I inquired about said inconsistencies but was given many excuses. Marco’s pizza was also a good surprise for our type one diabetic child. She didn’t spike if given a slice with no thick crust/end piece. The straw that broke the camels’s back: Recently an additional charge was added to my bank account via Marco’s. I tip cash or via the app. This time it was done through their sign page when the delivery person came to the door. Somehow the option to tip more was pressed and the pre-auth changed. When I called to get the issue corrected with the manager, Chasity, I was told I did authorize the additional charge, which I didn’t or why would I call to have it corrected? Who know how long this has been happening before I caught unauthorized pre-auths being changed. When you order, make sure you verify your receipts and reconcile your bank statement after you are charged, especially if you patron the...
Read moreUpon arrival to pick up my small old sausage style pizza, I said, “Oh I wish you would’ve put the sausage all the way up to the crust.” A young girl who I did not know was the general manager at the time, said that she would I’ll take care of it, and I told her that it wasn’t necessary, but quickly changed my mind and I said “Actually if you could, I would appreciate it, just give me a little and I’ll microwave it on the pizza when I get home.” She replied if I wasn’t in a hurry, they do it there, and I agreed.
She turned to the crew and asked them to put some sausage and heat it up in the oven . I then chit chatted with her to learn that she started with the company at 14 years of age and is now the general manager !
When the pizza was brought to me, she asked if it was OK, and instead of giving me a little it was doubled! I thanked her profusely and told her that I don’t usually tip on take out orders, but because of the awesome treatment I wanted would be tipping because everyone was great!
I wish I remembered her name, but she she’s awesome and the whole...
