McDonald's — Restaurant in Stow

Everytime I go to this place it gets worse. The lady at the window refused to scan my coupon because she said "you're going to have to wait...yeah see me doing two things here? If you didn't have that coupon you'd be on your way." She wouldn't take my money because she proceeded to take an order,closed the window and let the guy behind me yell at me for awhile...getting impatient. So I Sat patiently to hand her my phoneapp coupon again when she opened the window went to get a manager immediately and she comes over to start yellin at me "so then what's the problem?" I'm like,really I've waited for the longest time, all i need is my coupon scanned and she was too irritated to help me with that..mind you it's my free rewards redemption of my 6th mcCafe bevg. So I assumed it would be a joyful day...NOPE she told me "if it doesn't work when she scanned it then move on....EXCUSE ME......" Needless to say i didn't even get one. But the man behind me yelling,with them not even being helpful and yelling at me for the job she is required to...

Things have gone downhill since their new management and store upgrades. The staff is incredibly rude and uncaring, they’re slow, they forget food during the slightest of rushes, and they don’t communicate properly. I sat at the order screen for 3 minutes without any type of confirmation that they knew I was there, and the woman working the drive through sounded incredibly irritated when I asked “hello?” She nearly screamed at me when I asked for a latte, telling me that the man was cleaning it today. She failed to tell me that the first window was closed, so I sat at the window, while workers walked by and noticed me, without anyone telling me that the window was closed. I sat there for about 4 minutes. They forgot my food and didn’t give me a receipt, but thankfully whatever manager was on duty gave me the rest of my food without asking for proof. I’m going to the McDonald’s across town from now on, two bad mornings in a row after having countless good visits makes me upset and I’m not dealing with the rude...

Absolutely and one of the worst places to go and eat every time I go here for a large fry they are ice cold and barely halfway filled, as of late I've been asking for fresh fries and I could tell that the lady gets upset over the speaker and I could tell she grids her teeth as she talks to me with a very upset tone, I went there this past Saturday night after work and I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and a fry, the fry was fresh granted but it was barely filled up halfway and then when I went to open my burger I couldn't believe how bad of a burnt smell came out of the box I open the burger to check it for myself and I couldn't believe how black it actually was, being a chef this is something I would not serve to one of my worst enemies let alone a loyal customer absolutely disgusting ratchet and vile I would strongly recommend the different restaurant seeing how the management does not care about this...
