I ordered two medium frostys. The cashier rang up a small and medium. I advised him that there was a small on the screen instead of two mediums. He attempted to fix it but then said that it wouldn’t let him change it. He told me he will just give me the two medium frostys even though I’m paying for a small and a medium. I paid then received a small and medium frosty from what appeared to be the manager. I told her it was supposed to be two mediums and the cashier even advised her of the issue with the register. She advised me that I only paid for the small and medium so that is what I’m getting. It was pretty poor managerial discretion and customer service on her part when I tried paying for two medium frostys and was told not to worry about it by an employee. Very disappointing since this is the Wendy’s I normally go to. Drove back to Streetsboro where I live and made a stop when I realized my card was missing. Tried to call three times no answer. I finally got home and tried to call again, someone answered and hung up. I called back and gave them my name and asked if my card was there. Yes , I had to pick it up. Drove round trip over 20 miles to pick up card. I went into to get card. I was very polite, asked for manager. She came over and asked what I needed, never asked my name or any ID when I told her I was there to pick up card. Handed card to me, I asked if I could get refund, she said no not policy. I asked if I could get anything she said what. I said two frosties, small. She sat one on counter and went to get another and slammed on counter and turned away. Read moreCame today at exactly 10:29 to try the new breakfast, asked to look over the menu for a couple seconds and was greeted with an inpatient “can I help you find anything?” I told her no and that we’re ready, and the second I started ordering she rudely said they had just switched over. We left at 10:31. The breakfast menu was still up, they were dead, and I definitely feel like because we got there right before the switch there was no need to deny us. I’ve worked in fast food before, we’ve honored breakfast at times like this, ESPECIALLY if the breakfast menu was still the only thing up. It was 10:30 in the morning, there’s not lines of cars lining up for a baconator. It’s not like we’d be holding up people waiting for lunch. There’s really not that much prep that goes into getting ready for lunch. It really just seemed like laziness. I truly feel like there could’ve been better customer service...
