Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Stow

It always seems to be a hit or miss here with the frosting. **UPDATE: I just received this reply.(please see picture of reply. Very, very disappointed with this reply. You say everyone likes their icing/frosting different and to contact the store. I’m reading the reply stating it’s from the owner, but it seems like it’s not the owner.

My frustration is that it’s different every time i buy a Bundt cake……. I would like it is according to the pictures that are displayed on the website. I don’t buy these often, but when I do, I expect them to be just like the pictures .

When I addressed this with the owner several years ago, she gave me two free and that was very nice of her; however, I just would like to be able to go in and get one that has the icing all the way to the bottom I don’t think that’s asking...

Love this place…… I appreciate the consistency in both the service and product at the Stow location of Nothing Bundt Cakes. From my experience with the owner Nicole or the sales staff, it has always been top notch. The interaction I had with the staff members at the 2023 Akron Home & Garden Show Display (Olivia & Kasena) was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. And the Bundt Cakes,….. Mmmmmmmmm. The Red Velvet and Classic Vanilla are so addictive. Each Bundt cake is always beautifully iced with the delicious cream cheese frosting and nicely packaged no matter what the occasion. Just last night, I found the Stow location on DoorDash®, talk about convenient. Keep up the Phenomenal work Nicole and Staff, you are appreciated. Definitely recommend a trip! WOW! Exceptional customer service. This weekend I ordered a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes for a birthday party. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up and when he came home, I instantly realized it was not the correct cake. I called the bakery and they let me know that there were two orders for my last name and they did not verify the first name on the order which was the reason for the mix up. I said I would be in to pick up the correct cake in a few hours. I then received another call from a woman named Nicole who asked if she could deliver the correct cake immediately...WOW. We we're blown away by the action. All of this to say that we'll definitely be a return customer because the customer service was fantastic AND the cake looked and...
