Update: 3 months ago, they responded to my google review saying to reach out to their provided email and they would “take care of me.” Nothing was ever done to make this right and they never responded to my follow up emails. So they clearly don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. Avoid this chain and go elsewhere for your wings!
First time I ate here delicious Cajun dry rub on boneless wings. So good in fact I couldn’t stop thinking about it and had to go back for more. The second visit, the boneless wings were sitting in a pool of grease. I should’ve checked the order at the time and maybe they could have made fresh but I was in a hurry and grabbed my pick up order and left. My fault there. So disgusted. I cannot go back after that… since I was only there twice that means 50% chance of it being good the next time and I don’t like those odds. Super disappointed. Will go elsewhere in Stow for my boneless wings. The place itself is very small inside a couple tables that’s it. I will say the service at the register on both occasions...
Read moreI just had the absolute worst experience picking up our togo order. First off I put in our order 2 hours before I was to pick it up. When I got there, I sat for 40 minutes and watched no less than 40 people be served their food. I asked a wonderful young lady (employee) to ask where my food was and this nasty old woman (manager) snapped at her where everyone could hear. I had asked to speak to that nasty manager and she (the manager) just gave me BS excuses and I told her not to snap at that girl again and she got angry and marched off. I am handicaped and their hard bench hurt my back after 40 minutes of setting and waiting. This Manager should never be in charge, she was way out of her element. Everyone I spoke with ordered their food long after I had, at least 90 minutes after I had, and some who walked in and placed their orders at the counter after I'd arrived were served before me . Read moreThis location is terrible and corporate is not much better. I made an order and then there was a tornado warning to shelter in place. I immediately called and cancelled. They said they cannot cancel since it was placed online...call this number. I called and it was closed. Called back, they said call again to "corporate" the next day. I did that and they said the store has to cancel and refund. I called the store 3 times, I spoke with Caleb and the training manager Ed, both promised me a refund - this was almost 2 months ago and still no refund!! I am not risking my life with tornados touching down to get some - from what all other reviews show - as crappy food! LOL ... Do not order from here and do not eat here...it looks like the food is terrible and I can tell you that the service is is worse!! Based on the other reviews I am so glad that we did...
