Pizza City — Restaurant in Strasburg

The owner is extremely rude to his valued customers. He acts like he doesn't care if they come or not. This is despicable behavior! The way he treats his customers, is deplorable! His parents would be ashamed of how he's single handedly destroyed their business which they worked so hard to build. It's filthy-dirty inside and completely run-down. Nothing has been fixed, painted, or repaired since his parents passed away years ago. I'm very sorry for his loss, but his disrespectful and appalling behavior towards his customers, is just plain disgusting. I cannot recommend anyone to this place of business. To the owner: make your parents proud and change your ways before it's too late to recover from what you've done here. Respect and appreciate your customers as your parents once did. It's not too late, but if you don't act quickly, you'll be out of business in no time. I’ve been looking forward to trying the pizza at this joint because it’s got a decent amount of positive reviews. What a let down. I ordered a slice around 1pm. One slice is $1.50 which is reasonable. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars and not 1 is because of the price. The pizza was absolutely pedestrian. To be blunt there wasn’t a single good thing about it. Thin crust with no flavor, cheap bland cheese and sauce that also tasted cheap and flavorless.

I’m not trying to be harsh but this really isn’t good pizza. Maybe the fresh pie is better than the slices but if it’s the same ingredients I can’t see how.

Service was not the greatest either. Seems like a one man show but he was very preoccupied with talking to a girl, not very focused on other customers. Kind of felt like I was annoying him with my order.

We have always gone to Pizza City, and have tolerated the discourteous manner of the son. But no more! We will take our business elsewhere. We hung in there because his sister was always a delight and has excellent customer service. Her brother is going to bring down the business with his lack of common courtesy. The pizza is great, but not worth the sourpuse face and attitude of this man. He is sarcastic and chooses with whom to be courteous.
