Extremely Disappointing Experience—Every Single Time
I've consistently had terrible experiences at this location. Even with scheduled pickup orders, there’s always a delay of at least 10–20 minutes. Most recently, I arrived at 9:45 PM for a 9:30 PM pickup, only to find the store already closed—despite the posted closing time of 10 PM on both the website and the store door.
I could see staff inside, but they ignored me completely when I knocked to get their attention. One employee in particular, wearing dark pink lipstick, was especially rude and dismissive. They wouldn’t even listen to what we had to say. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when we tried calling the store for help.
Our order had already been paid for, and it was a frustrating ordeal trying to get the issue resolved after we got home. I noticed a flyer mentioning the store is under new management, but unfortunately, I’ve seen no improvement. This location was poorly run before, and it still is. Definitely the worst KFC...

Tried calling; never an answer. I drove back & spoke to the girl who gave me my order. The manager came over & in spanish asks her what the problem was. They conversed in spanish and I interrupted them to ask them if I could get my chicken. I was told it was an app issue & to call the number on the app. She told me she couldn't help me. Read moreJust there and I was ordering and asking a question the male cashier was texting and priorized that vs answering my question or putting in my order . He was rude wouldn’t even look up. And I asked what box specials they had he finished scrolling then opening a text before pointing to the menu saying it’s there I walked out bc I’m sorry I work hard for my money to spend it at an establishment where the cashier just openly scrolling and texting and can’t stop when a paying customer is there trying to order . I gave grace twice but me having to wait until your done for you to add the last thing I said . I said you know what never mind thank you. Super rude ! It just happened !
