Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stratham

Went inside because typically this drive thru doesn't ever get my order correct. Used the new "self order kiosk" and triple checked that everything was entered properly. Plain croissant sliced, toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side, 1 decaf, 1 regular coffee, and bacon snack strips. Easy, right? In 10 minutes, I am handed the bag with my order, now wait longer for the coffees...My decaf is handed to a customer that just walked in without the workers making a replacement. Had to point that out to them. Had to wait again for the counter girl to make coffee because she ran out before she could fill my cup. Dunkin Donuts had no regular roast coffee ready? Really? Finally get my coffee and take order out to car. How long did this take? 20 minutes. Go across the street to where my wife is shopping, open bag, bacon is refrigerator cold (as in congealed grease), the bagel is COLD and has the cream cheese on the bagel. Normally I would just eat the bagel as is, not this time. I drove back. I handed the kid at the counter the bag and asked him to read what it said about the bagel and compare that to what is in the bag. Even after this, the replacement bagel was warmed, not actually toasted! I just gave up... Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else or watch the staff carefully and double check your entire order before leaving. Be prepared to be underwhelmed. It should never be this hard to get coffee...

If this is the dunkin off of exit 1 on NH 101 in the Mr.Mikes / mobile gas station they are EXCELLENT!!! Absolutely perfect every time!! Craig & Alexis, I believe her name was ( I'm bad with names), are amazing and very helpful and kind even on their craziest days. There are other girls that are wonderful there too but I don't know their names. It's just a great store all around, unlike any other! Every other dunks that I've ever been to were rude and unprofessional but this dunks is not like that at all! They're exceptional at everything and go above and beyond for their customers and they work very well together too!! I'm so happy that I found them! I will always be loyal to this dunks as long as they keep the same employees and/or continue to hire similar people! Being a daily regular customer, compassion, courtesy, trust, friendliness, cleanliness, great work ethic, outstanding customer service skills/response, ability to handle difficult situations/tasks with a smile and ease and the exceptional quality of the food/drinks they make matter sooooooo much to me!! And I'm sure to every customer too!! Tysm to everyone who works there and runs it!! I'm indescribably grateful...

Came in through drive through. one car ahead of me and it took 5 minutes. I ordered 3 coffees, one with cold foam. When I got to the window the woman was VERY RUDE. Dirty looks. Attitude. I asked for napkins for the iced coffee that was spilled all over my cup and she sighed. I paid for cold foam and I had to ask for it after she gave me the coffee. I honked my horn to get her attention but she didn't look even though she was on the other side of the window... the other girl working making coffee for the car behind me walked from the other end of the store to get my order right. coffee tasted terrible and overly sweet but I wasn't going to go back and have it fixed...
