We stopped by Freddy’s Frozen Custard recently, and even though things weren’t running perfectly behind the scenes, the kindness and professionalism of the staff made all the difference. When we arrived, we were told that their electronic systems were down, which meant some menu items weren’t available and ordering was a little more limited than usual. But honestly? It didn’t take away from the experience at all. The employees handled the situation with such patience and grace—it was clear they were doing their best to keep things running smoothly, and they really went out of their way to make sure everyone felt taken care of. They explained what was available, answered questions with a smile, and didn’t let the tech hiccup affect their attitude or service. That kind of positivity goes a long way, especially in food service where things can get stressful fast. And of course, the food we were able to get was delicious—classic Freddy’s quality. The fries were crisp, the burgers were juicy, and the frozen custard? Always a hit. (I got the turtle one and ya can’t go wrong!) It was a reminder that sometimes it’s not just the food that brings you back to a place—it’s the people behind the counter making it all happen. Big props to the Freddy’s team for staying calm under pressure and keeping the experience enjoyable despite the glitch. We’ll definitely be back (hopefully when all the menu options are back too!)—but regardless, the kindness we experienced was worth the trip all on its own.

I understand it has recently opened but the experience was awful. I went through the drive through and there were many cars in line which is no problem and expected at that time of day. I placed my order and paid for it as normal. As I was heading home I tried some fries and they were cold and not real tasty. With the constant flow of customers I would think the fries would be fresh and hot but they must have sat in the bag while I waited to pay so were not fresh. I arrived home and opened up my burger and I am not sure what it was (picture attached) but it was not a bacon double cheese burger as I ordered. At least it was still hot unlike the fries, I live about 15 minutes away and was not about to return to get the correct order. I then tried the PBCnB and there was no peanut butter flavor at all just chocolate and banana. The texture was ok but not the flavor of peanut butter cup I expected. The unsweetened ice tea was good but that was the only thing about this $16.79 meal that was acceptable... I will not be returning to this establishment.

Ordered two combo meals for pickup and it said it'd be ready by noon at the latest. The food wasn't ready till 12:30. When I finally got it the food was cold and they forgot items. Went back in, got it rectified but it's just frustrating that it took that long, the food was cold and I STILL had to go back in. The cheese curds were soggy, not crunchy at all and this was all the oil at the bottom of the container. I'm wondering if the order was ready the whole time and they just forgot to put it up front, we asked how long it'd be 2 times and told it'd be out shortly. If they were holding on any of the items I'd expect that it'd at least be hot and fresh, but it was not. The time before this they had double charged my bf at the drive thru window. Won't be going back to this location. The food is fine (it's a chain restaurant so it pretty much tastes the same everywhere) but the people working here don't seem to really know what they're doing.

Came through the drive through and ordered 3 meals for the family. After pulling up and getting our order we noticed cheese the cheese curds were missing and had to get them while still in the drive thru. Pulled off and tested the drinks in which two were wrong which is a problem as my father is diabetic and cannot drink regular, So I pulled around and walked in and asked if I could get them fixed or fix them myself at the drink station, However, the woman working the fries was to busy messing around with what looked like the manager putting a line of mustard on her elbow (yes you read that right). Why I don't know. I walk back out after fixing the drinks myself (which the Dr. Pepper line was wrong and it gave me root beer but whatever.) Back in the car my mother noticed we were also missing our No Salt well done fries which upon going back in and speaking to the same woman at the fry station it took about 10 minutes to get a new order of fries which in that time I watched them trying to fill to many orders at once way to fast to the point after just telling someone who was dining in their order was ready they noticed it in fact was not ready and had to be fixed... all of this for $50 USD. Freddy's needs to slow down and focus on quality and not speed because they don't even have speed down... Simply not worth it and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Lastly when I got home the easy/light chilly hotdog was soaked in chili, but whatever at this point. To anyone reading...

This location is absolutely terrible. Went through drive through this evening and got home to find several issues with our order. Problem 1: did not receive our full order. Both of our kids got chicken tender kids meals, neither of them received dipping sauce. Upgraded the fries on two of our meals to include chili and cheese and upsized to a large, but only got one (not even fries WITHOUT chili and cheese), so basically, I paid about $15 for a burger and drink. That leads me to problem 2: everything we did receive was cold after about a 5 minute drive home. Problem 3: The kids chicken tender meals ... For basically $7 each after tax, 2 tiny tenders that were basically slightly oversized nuggets, a small drink, and cold inedible fries just isn't going to cut it. Nothing special whatsoever and kids are still hungry and disappointed. It was not very busy considering the time was about 6:30, I expected it to be much busier... Now I know why they are not busy during dinner rush hours. You guys seriously need to step it up. $50 for a family of 4 is a decent chunk of change for there to be issues like these. Have never had problems like this at any other location, and would rather go another 10-15 minutes out of my way than to return to this location....
