Burger King — Restaurant in Streetsboro

I went to this locations driver thru, asked the girl if their spicy nuggets came in the 8 piece. She said no. I said what size do they come in, to which she then told me they don't have spicy nuggets. So I ordered those and then asked if they still had the rodeo burger, she said yes. So I ordered that and a few other things and paid. I've made it a habit to check the bags before leaving the parking lot because 5 times out of 10, something is missing. This time it happened to be the rodeo burger. Parked my car and went to go inside to tell them it was missing. All the doors were locked. Some kid walks to the door and I said one of the sandwiches I ordered is missing. He said which one, and at that time wasn't sure so opened up the one in the bag. I said it's the rodeo burger. He said 'can I see your bag?' He then proceeded to dig through my food with bare hands! I said you just dug through my hag of food with no gloves on and he replied 'my hands are clean'. He went inside, said I didn't pay for a rodeo burger (which could be possible, but I didn't get a receipt so couldn't be 100% sure). I decided I didn't even want the burger...

Update 6/3/25, 4:15 pm Not sanitary !! Younger girl at the front scratches her armpit underneath her shirt, before she takes my order. I was too hungry and to tired to go somewhere else. She never washed her hands and served many meals. She was also pissed off at something. Not good. After my meal, I proceeded to the men's room. No other customers in the store at this time. While standing at the urinal, the toilet flushes, someone walks out no hand washing I leave about 45 seconds later and no customers leaving nor in the eating area. Spoke to the full in manager as an opportunity for coaching who was rude and not real interested in the issue. Said she'd share with the manager instead of taking care of this immediately. This is a serious issue at this store.

Went there yesterday. I placed my order and used their "buy 1 get 1 for a dollar" promotion for part of my order. (I did order other items too.) My total seemed a little high for what I ordered but I paid the total and was just going to check the receipt to confirm I got the promotion price. The guy at the first window said I would get the receipt at the second window. Got to the second window. She handed me my food, said have a good day and shut the drive-thru window. So I knocked on the window and asked if I could have my receipt. She walked around the lobby for about a minute, came back to the window and said "the receipts aren't printing and I don't know why."
