When I go here for lunch, I always go here for the soups because they are always excellent. But there is no online menu that says what the Soups of the Day are... you have to call if you want to know. Aurora Heinen's lists their soups online every day and I can search from the office. I went here one evening to get some soup and they were out of all soups so I've never bothered going back in the evening to even check if there are soups available. I went there for lunch today and at 11:45 AM I ordered what was their last bowl of soup available in the restaurant. The fax order form for catering lunch is convenient, but it doesn't list soup options, and if it did, would the soup even be available? Step up your soup game please before you lose me!
Edit: I stopped by to give it one more chance on 7/30/2019 2 months after the original post about the lack of soup. They were out of Turkey soup at 11:40 AM which was the only one they had that day. They no longer have different daily soups listed up on the wall. Turkey Bacon ranch sandwich was good, but overpriced. You can fill out the 15-minute online survey (which management will ignore) and get 50% off your sandwich at...
Read moreOne of the worst meals My family has ever had. We have been coming to this Honey Baked Ham for several years two to three times a month for sandwiches and sides for my family. In the past two weeks they have changed their side items. Potato Salad was less than edible. Peppery Hot, small diced potatoes (that look like a cost cutting measure):pieces of cheese in the potato salad. Broccoli Salad that tasted like it was spoiled. Pasta Salad completely taken off the menu. Given a survey to take online at time of sale Took survey and representative of Honey Baked Ham called me back today. She was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in customer service. Blamed me for not reading menu board to know that the sides were new. We have been coming here for over 2;years recently staff has changed new people Everytime we visit. Why would look at menu board if we know what we want. Don't you want to please customer to make repeat customers. Honey Baked Ham just lost repeat customers that spent an average of 15 to 35...
Read moreI didn't have a very good experience. I understand it's the holiday and things can get a little hectic. The store has clearly labeled lines for people who have already paid for their order and people who still need to order I was next in the already paid line. The lady called me to the counter and a man from the other line went to the counter instead. He cut me off from making it to the counter. Instead of kindly replying to the man that this line was for online orders who've already paid, they just helped the man instead. He was next in line in the order line so there was no reason for the employee in front of me who called me to the counter to help this other man first. Why have lines with signage when you're not going to follow it? In the grand scheme of things the food is good but rubs me the wrong way that I patiently waited in line was cut off and nothing was mentioned about the signs or anything like that. I would not consider that good service, and I would recommend you teach your employees politely how to...
