Panda Express — Restaurant in Streetsboro

Let me just say that I know they've only been open for a month and my server Sherry was great but beyond that i'm not impressed, I arrived at 11:07 am ordering at drive thru I asked for my entree and potstickers only to be informed they don't have potstickers at this location( it's on the menu) so I order my second meal and wanted brown rice only to be informed it'll be a 20 minute wait for that, I didn't have 20 minutes to wait so I made a call to the ordering party to make another selection thinking to myself why is brown rice a 20 minute wait when they just opened for the day? And why do they not have potstickers I drove 30 minutes to come there...they advertise potstickers on website? Anyway got my order and Sherry offered me a free appetizer of which I'd have gladly paid for if they would've had what I wanted so I took an overcooked egg roll, I received my order which was entree and side piled on each other in the same container they used to have the separate portion tray containers....maybe it's a regional thing I used to really enjoy the panda out west but everyone I've been to back east is not very good this one was unfortunately no exception, I hope they get it together before I waste my time and drive and get the menu together before I give them another...

Everything was good except for the checkout process. The person checking out had to open every container to log what was sold in the register. This took so long it jammed up the works and caused a 10 minute wait in line. The person that was doing it was not speedy and TOUCHED my food with their bare hands. To the manager: please improve the process so the person running the register is not opening all the containers. Once my food is in there and it's shut, only I should be opening it.

Update: Went back a couple months later, and unfortunately the same worker was still there running the register and opening all the containers. They did not touch my food this time, but did have their (bare) hand all inside the lid of the food container when it was opened and then shut it, causing the now contaminated inner lid to TOUCH MY FOOD. Keep in mind this workers hands look dirty like farm workers hands or mechanic hands, not clean and sterile hands -...

Let me start by saying first I Was over charged If I can give 0 stars I would i order food and everything was old and cold rice was burnt and scraped from the bottom of the pot and still was cold like left over food drink was spoiled when ask to change the drank was told nothing was wrong with it ask her to taste it then she decided to change it but had a really bad attitude horrible costumer service when finally given hot food that also taste old and re heated at that point was over it waste of money and time not to mention my 4 year old child felt sick within 5mins of just tasting the food went back to notify the manger she said the food was fresh and she just shut the window on my face and refused to give me her name when I asked for it Health Department will...
