Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Strongsville

Disappointed. Completed and paid for a full order. 1 small vanilla cup, 1 small chocolate cup, 1 twist sundae, and a chocolate ice cream blizzard. 3 out of the 4 pieces of the order contained chocolate ice cream. 4 out of the 4 came out with vanilla ice cream. When I told them they were supposed to be with chocolate ice cream, they then told me they were out of chocolate ice cream. I was never told this during the ordering process. There was no communication and I had tried to order a blizzard with custom add ons and I just moved on because they didn't understand. I asked for a refund for the blizzard and she tried to talk me into just adding chocolate sauce to it, but the chocolate ice cream does not taste remotely the same, so I again asked for a refund. Finally got one, but I wish I just would've been communicated to up front rather than paying for everything and being lied to thinking I was getting chocolate ice cream. Will probably...

This dairy queen is a joke. It was me and the person in front of me in line and the worker was in the back talking on her phone and she gestured to us 5 minutes. Customer in front of me ended up leaving because she thought it was ridiculous that the lady was on her phone on the job. I try to understand people and i was thinking maybe it was a family emergency so i walked away for a bit and then came back around a few minutes later. The lady was still on her phone when i got back and she gestured 2 more minutes so i waited in line a little longer and then as im waiting she closes the door to the back where she already was. The fact that she shut the door made me walk away and take my money to starbucks instead. This place does not value...

My husband and I really like soft serve ice cream and used to like this location in the mall but last few times we went, the staff obviously didn't want to be there and their attitudes reflected that. In addition, the last time we were there, we rushed up the escalator to get there before it closed and had more than 10 minutes to spare and they told us no, they were closed. The employee even proceeded to give us the "finger-across-the-neck" signal, just to really bring it home they weren't going to help us. I understand a restaurant not wanting someone 10 minutes before close because they have to cook a whole meal but this is just putting soft serve in a cup, the employees just didn't want to do it.
