---Extremely rude lunch workers---

In my decades on this earth and countless businesses I've patronized I've never been treated like such dirt by staff of any business ever, 3 workers including a manager. I've never been rude and always treat people with respect especially those working a food or service industry job. I know there can be many rude customers, but I've never been that way, I don't even complain if sandwich came out with a topping I didn't order.

My order was either given away or mixed up before I could even get to the counter through the crowd. I understand lunch rush is crazy, but when I politely asked that my number was called. I was immediately borderline shouted at that my order must have been this other number they were calling. That was probably the other persons order that grabbed mine, but was NOT my order. They tried forcing that order on me multiple times and gave me the shut up hand and walked away when I was trying to politely explain what I think happened and what my actual order was.

Eventually the manager turned around and rudely asked whats wrong. In a "what's wrong now" type of inflection. I still wasn't rude and just listed out my simple one meal order. She did get what was missing or wrong size and put the bag on the counter and walked away. No apologies or other simple customer service of asking if there's anything else (drink was wrong too but I just dealt with that rather than escalate further).

The food is actually good, although I've let it get cold writing this because that's how stunned I am about what went down.

Again, I'm not one to complain, I don't think I've ever left a bad review in my life, even when I given a cheeseburger without the burger patty once. But I wasn't treated rudely then, this just can't be swept under the rug for me.

I recommend never going here during lunch, especially while those 3 are working...

Omg if I could give this experience negative stars I would... we went after the kids went trick or treating for a warm up waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just place an order then whoever was taking orders was beyond rude and disrespectful placed our order pulled up to pay and was told to pull thru which we did . Next window we got beverages only and were told to pull around another car that was already waiting for their food.. after 15 min this lady brought out food which was not ours then she said she had no idea whose food it was.. then another 10 minutes goes by here she is again with another bag of food which again was not ours so we wait 10 more minutes goes by I say hey I am going in this is insane.take my receipt in and no one was working the counter the lady who btw went out and asked my husband for the receipt was also the counter girl and order filler..the person on fries was the manager who also was the rude one taking drive thru orders was telling customers in the drive thru if you don't like the wait go some where else she is tired of hearing it.. unbelievable attitude for a manager.. so as I stand there for 35 min waiting for my food along with many other people waiting they just start handing people anything.. I told them I just want what i paid for. Finally she looks over my receipt and starts working on my order we go thru everything to make sure it is all there and I take the bags out to 3 kids hungry and guess what fries ice cold burgers were ok lukewarm not worth the 40 dollars we spent ended up just throwing it out 3 kids said it was disgusting in total it took over an hour with the drive thru ..people In the lobby were never helped and with the mouth on that manager she should never be a manager worst McDonald's worst experience ever we will never be back to this one they should just...

I wanted a late snack on my way home, swung through and got my daughter and I some cheap grub. McDonald's is not a 5 Star dining experience, I wasn't expecting that... however when I pulled up to the 1st window to pay, I am met by a young guy and he was nice enough, asked how my night was, and I said it was OK, thanks. Then he asked me: "Are you ready for this next year?" I was unclear, and so I asked what he was referring to. He answered: "With Trump winning the election and all, it's gonna be rough!" I said to him that my opinion was mine, and that a drive through window was not the time or place to discuss his disdain for democracy. He then asked the people behind me to please wait to place their order since he was still trying to tell me how Hillary was the right choice.

While I do have my own personal thoughts and feelings of the current and upcoming goverment, when I am trying to pay for a quick bite to eat at McDonald's, that is NOT THE TIME!

Secondly telling me, the customer how I am all but wrong in not agreeing Hillary was the best choice is not his right when I can say with confidence that he was easily 1/2 my age, and he was at work lecturing his opinion to a drive through cusromer.

The nerve this kid had obviously out weighed his brains and logical thinking.

The food was not terrible, but it looked like they literally threw it in the box and tossed in the bag.

I will not be going back to this location...
