House of Vapes — Local services in Strongsville

My first time at House of Vapes was fantastic. The staff was amazing. I needed to stop smoking cigarettes and after endless questions- I chose to get the Smok N19 starter kit along with an oozie pen. I also bought an M vape the followong week. Their prices are fair. They went through every juice with me(flavor and nicotine mg), and explained exactly how to use the device. When I need my coils replaced they have no issue replacing it for me since I'm too afraid to. In fact they replaced one for me today! Due to my own personal user error, I broke my tank after purchase and they replaced it for me without any hesitation! A week later, however, I unfortunately dropped it and had to replace it once again. Since it was a new product the plastic wasnt in yet, so they diligently found a solution and replaced it with a new tank and a protection barrier to prevent it from happening again. I buy all my juices(they have a wide variety)there. Most of all their PATIENCE with me is what keeps me from going anywhere else. They rememeber customers and will do their very best to find you a great deal and ensure a GREAT customer experience.

Just an example: I thought a coil needed replaced, but instead of allowing me to spend money on one. The gentlemen informed me I just needed to charge my vape more. Which worked!

They aren't like most shops-who intend to make fast cash. They actually HELP and CARE about their customers. I wouldn't recommened going anywhere else. They went above and beyond for me multiple times- Alot! Plus, as a bonus they have a rewards system.-Which saves you money in the end! I don't usually post google reviews, but these gentlement definitely deserve the credit for their kind and helpful services! Especially the manage (Abe)- but all are wonderful.

I usually love the house of vapes, it's my main shop for vape accessories until recently. I went in there looking for a new vape juice and coil the other day and there was an old man working and a talk guy with glasses. The tall guy helped me find a flavor but then gave me the wrong flavor and scanned it while also not knowing what coils went in my drag v2. He put in the wrong coil and filled up my tank. I walked out went to hit it and it said check atomizer, he then proceeded to take 25 minutes to open my tank just to replace the coil and hit it without juice inside my tank instantly burning it. I called the mall house of vapes talked to someone and they said that he owed me a new coil. I went back to the Strongsville location and they proceeded to take 20 minutes to help me when, the old man stood there doing nothing and the tall guy with glasses kept telling me to hold on even when I wasn't saying anything and was rude. Never will I let anyone sell to me or even TOUCH my vape again from that store unless it's the main workers because they have never messed up my drag v2 and actually know what they are doing. The old guy barely spoke english and the tall guy with glasses didn't even know what mod i had or tank. Now don't get me wrong I will continue to shop at this vape store but, never will I ever let those two touch my drag and I will only buy when the main...

Sure, it's open late. Sure, looks like a decent selection. Sure, two of the three cashiers were happy to help me buy a 2bay charger to replace one lost on vacation. They were also happy to tell me anything at all to get me to buy.

12 dollars later, and my silly assumption of a quality product, and I was out 12 dollars. Their 'imported for profit alone' charger literally doesn't charge, even overnight, can hardly stay plugged in an outlet, and just overall feels like a safety hazard.

Also overheard another customer questioning recent price increases on a 'sale' item they've bought there frequently. No explanation, just blatant doubt of the customer's claim.

Once home, I went to a local store, and got a WORKING 2bay charger WITH a manufacturer's...
