Taco Bell — Restaurant in Strongsville

I keep giving this taco bell chance after chance because yaknow sometimes you crave disappointment. No more. They tried to scam me out of my food and money. My husband went to pick up my order for me and when he got there the lobby was closed even though it allowed me to place an in store pick up. Through the drive thru they said they had no history of my order and they were now closed due to low staff. When asked about my refund they told him to go through the app. Well the app wouldn’t allow me to because somehow my order was marked as ready. I had to call and demand my food or my money. Luckily, they fulfilled my order AFTER they charged my husband for it a second time. I am officially done with this taco bell and will NEVER return. The orders are always wrong, items forgotten or they just straight up close without announcing anything, anywhere. To the point you can still place orders for delivery… and you wait for 40 minutes to find out they’re closed so you then have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Find a different taco bell. This one is NOT worth it and should just close down...

I wish I could tell you what this Taco Bell is like, but I couldn't get anyone to take my order inside.

I went to this Taco Bell at about 7:45 pm. There were three cars in the drive-thru, but I needed to wash my hands before eating, so I went inside. I really don't enjoy the "do it yourself" order kiosks (especially after just washing my hands), so I went to the front counter. Two people were working on the cooking line, but I didn't see anyone else in the back.

I waited about three minutes without anyone looking my way or noticing me. I had to call back, "Is anyone working up here?" three times before the woman working in the kitchen finally noticed me. She said, "Someone will be up in a moment," (or something similar), but no one came for another minute or so, so I left. When I left at 7:50, the same three cars were in line (or three cars which looked just like the ones I saw on my way in...).

It's tough to spend money at a place where no one notices you standing at the front counter, then ignores you after you finally get someone's attention. I ended up at Wendy's...

Staff was incredibly rude and refused my refund on an order that they messed up originally the order was missing and “remade” when I came back for it however (after) I called and had my information taken down to come back in the next day for that refund to be retrieved the worker says she remade my order yesterday insinuating I didn’t need a refund however I explained to her that my singular taco she “remade” was old and soggy which caused it to fall apart as soon as I opened it along with the rest of my order which was $24.95 I don’t believe I should have to convince somebody to give me a refund on food that was not eaten neither me or my sister touched the food as it was visibly old and soggy I was told the manager was on her way in to do my refund after waiting over 30mins I decided to leave with the understanding that claim of her coming was false I’ve worked in fast food and can definitely understand the struggles of being busy but I will never see it as an excuse to be blatantly rude and careless when it come to the customer service...
