Oh man, where do I start?

I went to the Strongsville location and was greeted by two lovely ladies, Jess and Jewels. Immediately they were asking questions and trying to figure out what would be the best fit for me. Not only was the customer service hospitable, they narrowed down what the best bed for me would be in the matter of minutes. Honestly, they could give The Flash a run for his money.

Let’s talk about Jess. She’s very professional but also not afraid to make you crack up. I wouldn’t be surprised if she could sell water to a fish honestly. There’s been campfire stories about her and rumor has it, she’s a killer. And truth be told, she is one. At least in terms of figuring out what makes you tick and finding out what would be the best for you. On top of that, she isn’t pushy at all and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process which is nice.

Jewels was also there helping me out and she was amazing. Jewels and Jess are like the Batman and Robin of mattresses, but they’re both Batman. And let me tell ya, if you can get a hold of her business card, you will be better for it. She has the softest business card I’ve ever felt in my life. For a second I forgot that I was shopping for a mattress and almost just walked out with that.

Long story short, Strongsville didn’t have the bed I was recommended, but their main location in Cleveland location did so I went there. As soon as I walked in the owner started helping me and showed me to the bed those ladies recommended. To say the least it was a perfect match. The peanut butter to my jelly. I briefly met the owners son, Joey, but mainly I dealt with Joey Senior. They both were really nice and honestly, the overall experience between these two locations, made me feel like I was at home. Not only do you get to save your back, your sleep, and maybe even your marriage but you get to do it with people that care about you (And who actually ALL have soft business cards). Everyone is very knowledgeable and you can’t go wrong with coming here.

He patiently walked us through the various types available, explaining the differences without overwhelming us with jargon. Secondly, the customer service here is top-notch. I really didn't want to buy a new mattress. It's an annoying process that involves laying in a bunch of beds for 5 mins trying to guess if you'll get a good night's sleep while fighting off the sales guy that just wants to close the deal. So I did my research and landed on a Helix bed, but the only local place that sold it is rock and roll city.

I almost just ordered online but noticed that they had it for a couple hundred dollars cheaper in store so I stopped in and was greeted by Joey Sr. We chatted for a while and at no point did he sell me on anything. He did recommend stopping at the Cleveland location to try out the three different tiers side by side, so I did. Met the younger Joey and had another good low pressure conversation. We settled on a price and I was on my way!
