Tommy's Pizza, Chicken & Catering — Restaurant in Strongsville

First time trying Tommy's pizza and chicken I kept seeing the menu flyer in the mail so I figured I'd give it a go, ordered the pizza and chicken combo, medium pepperoni sausage pizza, it was edible for sure but it didn't really wow me for $16 I'd say it taste like a giant eagle knock off of antonios 3/5, the fryed chicken was good tasting had a solid breading definetly better than giant eagle 4/5, the Jo-jo potatoes were probably the best I've had in a long time we'll seasoned and delicious two of them were litteraly the size of half a potato 5/5, the coleslaw was just coleslaw it was edible but definitely needed a little flavor with some salt and pepper 3/5 and I'll never know what the rolls with honey butter taste like as they were part of the order but never arrived 0/5*, delivery was around 50 minutes or so but that was not a suprise based off of the inquiry on how long it would be, overall I'd say the food was edible nothing really wowed aside from the jo-jo and service was average based on the area, I'd say it's worth a try but for the price odds are you would probably be happier with...

Horrible service! I called in an order of 36.00 for delivery. Was told would be just about 1 hour I said that is fine and I paid over the phone with tip. Just shy of 2 hours I called the store, was told well they are busy and only have 2 delivery drivers, then she said so. Like it was my fault that they were late by an hour. Then they call me back and I was told that the driver was at my house for 10 minutes and I did not answer the door. Then I was told that they called me, that never happened! Then I was told that the driver talked with my neighbors and they were going to call me. I had my front door opened and my garage door opened, I was doing dishes and cleaning the kitchen, my front door is right off of my kitchen. Then they came to my house now 2 hours and 20 minutes after I ordered. The chicken is cold. the ribs is cold and the jojo's are cold. Absolutely horrible service. I cannot believe the service I experienced today. I called to place two orders for wings. On the phone I spoke with a lady, and four times I asked to clarify and repeat the order. After she repeated the orders twice each everything seemed okay. When I came to pick them up there was a confusion with the order how they were rung up and and what was give. I doubled check before paying and was told “it was how they were rung up. The order is right.” I picked the order and went home. When I got home everything was wrong. I called to get a refund and was met with terrible service. After explaining that the order was completely wrong and I had a party to feed. I was told “are you really going to bring them back in and make us redo them”. I said that sorry, but the whole order was wrong not just pieces and parts. He said “are you sure the order was repeated and clarified.” I said yes. I missed majority of the game today and the place had no remorse or guilt.
